- Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh Pema Khandu launches the Arunachal Rising Campaign , a campaign to reach out to the people throughout the State targeting remote areas and make them aware of the government initiatives, policies and programmes.
- National Commission for Women (NCW) chairpersons Rekha Sharma and counselor Neha Mahajan visited Nagal and had a discussion with Nagaland State Governor PB Acharya at Raj Bhavan in Kohima on the political rights and political empowerment of women of the state.
