AIDCL Deputy General Manager and Asstt. Manager Recruitment Post Details:

i) Name of the Post: Deputy General Manager (Personnel & Administration) 

Number of Post: 01

Required Qualification and Experience: 

  • Should have Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Social Work (with Personnel Management)/Business Administration (with Personnel Management) from recognized Institution
  • Having 18 years experience in the line in reputed large industrial Organization.
  • Degree in Law will be an added advantage.

Compensation Package: Selected candidate will be placed in the Pay Band of 12,000-40,000/- Grade Pay of 7,400/- Gross Salary per annum: 5.8 lakh + other Perks and Allowances as per Rules of the Corporation. 

Age: Minimum – 40 Years, Maximum – 50 Years

ii) Name of the Post:  Asstt. Manager (Legal)

Number of Post: 01

Required Qualification and Experience: 

  • Should have degree in Law from recognized Institute/University,
  • Having minimum 7 years experience in line in a reputed Organization.

Compensation Package:

  • Selected candidate will be placed in the Pay Band of 12,000-40,000/, Grade Pay of 15,400/-, Gross Salary per annum: 5.2 lakh + other Perks and Allowances as per Rules of the Corporation.

Age: Maximum – 38 Years

  1. Age Relaxation may be given as per State Govt. Rules for reserved category employees.
  2. Candidates presently employed in Government Departments/Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous Organizations should send their applications through proper channel or prods. NOC at the time of interview, failing which their candidature will not be entertain..
