3. Southern Region Secunderabad : 25 posts (Mechanical- 11, Electrical – 7, C&I – 7)
4. Western Region – I Mumbai : 50 posts (Mechanical- 23, Electrical – 16, C&I – 11)
5. Western Region – II Raipur :  124 posts (Mechanical- 46, Electrical – 36, C&I – 22, Mining – 20)

Educational Qualification: 

Full time regular Diploma in Engineering with 70% marks (pass marks for SC/ST/PWD) in respective branch. Candidates, who have passed Diploma in 2017 and the final year students of 2018 (result to be declared by Aug/Sept 2018) will be eligible to apply only. This restriction is not applicable to Land Ousters (LOs).




Stipend/ Pay : Rs.15500/- per month as stipend for two year and after successful completion will be absorbed in the pay scale of Rs. 15500 – 3% – 34500.

Age: 25 years as on 23/12/2015, 35 years for land ousters.

Application Fee: Rs.300/-to be paid by prescribed pay-in-slip for OBC and General candidates only in any branch of SBI.



How to apply For the NTPC posts: 

1. Interested Eligible candidates have to apply only through Online registration system of NTPC from 10.00 hours of 18/04/2018 to midnight of 09/05/2018.
2. To apply, visit www.ntpccareers.net and click on “Diploma Trainee – 2018″(Only online mode of application is entertained). Read the advertisement of the particular Region (available on home page) for which you wish to apply.
3. In case of General/ OBC candidates, please take the print out of copy of Payin-slip which is available on side menu and make the payment of Rs. 300/- towards registration fee in any branch of State Bank of India. Apply online only after making the payment at SBI and getting the Journal no. from bank.
4. Select the region & discipline for applying (Once selected, region and discipline cannot be changed).
5. The application form will appear in the screen. The candidate is required toØ fill up the application form. Candidate has to upload photograph (applicable for all), signature (applicable for all) & pay-in-slip (applicable for General/ OBC candidates) in .jpg format (max. file size can be 500 KB).
6. After filling the application form & uploading the jpg files as mentioned above, the candidate will click on Preview button.
7. On clicking ‘Preview’ button, the confirmation page will appear. HereØ candidate can make some changes/correction in his application by clicking on ‘back’ button. If no changes are to be done, the candidate can click on ‘Submit’ button.
8. On clicking Submit button, Registration slip will be generated. Keep the Registration slip for future reference. (No need to send the hard copy to us)
