Guwahati Municipal Corporation(GMC) MSI Executive Recruitment – Applications are invited from the intending candidates for 1 (one) number of post of MIS Executive to be engaged on contractual basis initially for 11 months under Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana–National Urban Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NULM), Guwahati Municipal Corporation. Required Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience and knowledge in documentation, reporting and data analysis is desirable.
Experience of online monitoring activities in social/community development projects and previous work experience in Govt. Sector is preferable.

Reporting to	City Project Manager- MIS & ME
Job Duties & Responsibilities	Update and maintain information on computer systems and in archives.
	Entering information into the computerised database.
	Insert data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents to MIS and MPR within time limits.
	Assist CPM- MIS & ME in all MIS related activities
	Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
	Collection of data from concerned level, compilation and submitting reports to concerned stakeholders at periodic intervals as and when required.
	Regular updating of online MIS, MPR and online / offline database.
	Perform any other related tasks assigned by Reporting Authority / Supervisor.
Job Specification
Academic Qualification	Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with DCA / BCA.
Experience	Minimum 2 years experience and knowledge in documentation, reporting, data analysis. Experience of online monitoring activities in social/ community development projects. Previous work experience in Govt. sector (preferable).
Skills & Competence	Have practical knowledge of computer systems, including internet navigation and various Microsoft Office applications. Be able to work under pressure and attend to any ad hoc functions as may be required. Be self driven and able to work within tight deadlines.
Other Requirements	Age – 23 years to 35 years Languages known – Assamese (Proficiency to Read-WriteSpeak), English (Proficiency to Read-Write) and Hindi (Proficiency to Speak).
