The Chairman of State Level Assam Police Recruitment Board Mr. Pradip Kumar had announced that the Recruitment process for 5624 posts will start as soon as possible. He also added that there is a strong possibility of publication of the recruitment notification within 10 days. The official notification will be published on the Assam Police Official Website www.assampolice.gov.in.

• Sub-Inspector– 130
• UB Constable– 1851
• AB Constable– 3643

Further Mr. Pradip Kumar also added that in Forest, Prisoners and AISF department the recruitment notification will be published soon. In the Forest Department they are going to recruit 525 nos Forest Guards, 135 nos of Jailor Warden in Prisoners Department and 145 in AISF.
