Rain Forest Research Institute RFRI, Jorhat Recruitment Post and Duration Details-

Name of the Posts- Junior Project Fellow

Number of Posts- 5 posts

Pay- Monthly Stipend: Rs. 16,000/- + HRA.

Duration: 6 months (extendable as per the requirement).

Required Qualification: 

• First Class M.Sc./M.A. in life science of Forestry/Botany/ Environmental Science/ Agriculture/Ecology/Sociology.
• Task will involve extensive travel to rural Meghalaya and data collection, analysis and compilation.
• Candidates with knowledge of local languages, basic statistics and computer application will be preferred.

Name of the Posts- Field Assistant

Number of Posts- 6 posts

Pay- Monthly Stipend: Rs. 8,000/-

Duration: 6 months (extendable as per the requirement).

Age- Upper age limit is 28 years as on 06/04/2018, which is relaxable as per Govt. of India rules.

Required Qualification: 

• Higher secondary (I0+2) in Science. Task will involve extensive travel to rural Meghalaya and data collection.
• Candidates with knowledge of local languages and basic computer application will be preferred.
