1. Account Assistant (Contractual)

Number of Post: 1

Educational Qualification: Graduate with Computer Knowledge

Salary: Rs.20,000/- P.M. (Consolidated)

2. Data Entry Operator (Contractual)

Number of Post: 1

Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary with 06 (Six) months Diploma/Certificate in Computer Proficiency from a recognized institute

Salary: Rs.12,000/- P.M. (Consolidated)

Age limit:

Candidates must not be less than 18 years or more than 43 years of age on 01.01.2018. The upper age is relaxable as per Govt. Norms.

 How to apply:

• The filled in application along with self-attested copies of all documents regarding Educational qualification, Age, Caste, Valid Employment Exchange Registration Card/ Diploma in Computer Application etc’ along with 3 (three) copies of recent passport size photographs duly signed by candidate on the reverse side should reach the ”office of the District and session judge cum Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Sivasagar’’ on or before 9th February,2018 .
• The applicants must mention their mobile no. in the application form, without fail. Application without Mobile Number will be rejected.
• No application will be entertained after the last date.
• The list of eligible candidates along with date of interview shall be uploaded in the official website of Sivasagar District Judiciary (www.sivasasariudiciarv.gov.in) in due course.
• Candidates are adviced to go through official notice and satisfy the required eligibility criteria before applying via our site.

Terms and conditions:

The Engagement of the Account Assistant and Data Entry operator shall be a period of one year from the date of joining in service under following conditions :

1. The appointment of such person is purely temporary and on contract basis and does not entitle the person for being regularized in Government service
2. After expiry of the contract period of 01( one ) year the contractual agreement will automatically stand terminated.
3. The Services of the Account Assistant and Data Entry operator may be extended after appropriate break in service subject to the approval of Honourable the Executive Chairman, Assam State Legal Services Authority, Guwahati.
