Town & Country Planning, Dhubri Recruitment For Junior Assistant -Application are Invited from the intending eligible candidates who are citizens of India and having Registration in Employment Exchange in the State of Assam as defined in the Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India in the prescribed Standard Form of Application in Part IX of the Assam Gazette for filling up the following vacancies under the District Office, Town & Country Planning, Dhubri on direct recruitment basis.

i) Name of the Post: Junior Assistant.
Number of Vacancie: 01(OBC/MOBC-01)
Pay: PB-2, Rs. 14,000/- 49,000/+ Grade pay -5600/- with other allowances.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate from any recognized university.
- The candidates must possess a minimum 6 (Six) months Diploma/Certificate in Computer from Govt. recognized Institute.
Age: candidate must not less than 21 years and not above 43 years as on 1st January, 2017. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for ST/SC Candidates 2 years for Ex-Serviceman.
ii) Name of the Post: Mohurrir
Number of Vacancie: 01(UR-01)
Pay: PB-2, Rs. 14,000/- 49,000/+ Grade pay -5600/- with other allowances.
Educational Qualification: Passed HSSLC Examination in any discipline from a Board/University recognised by Govt.
Age: candidate must not less than 21 years and not above 43 years as on 1st January, 2017. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for ST/SC Candidates 2 years for Ex-Serviceman.

- For SC/ST/OBC/MOBC Category Rs.150.00 (Rupees One Hundred Fifty) only

- Candidate already in Service should apply through proper channel.
- The age win be calculated on the basis of the Matriculation HSLC Admit/ HSLC Pass Certificate Issued by recognized Board/Council. No other documents shall be accepted in lieu thereof
- The Application in press abed form must be accompanied with the following
- Self attested Copies of all Certificate/ Mark Sheet regarding Educational and other qualification, Age, Caste, BPL, Employment Exchange Registration Card and Original Treasury Challan Copy.

- The candidates whose applications are accepted will be required lo appear in a Written Test on General Knowledge, General English and General Aptitude when called for
- In the post of Junior Assistant. Successful shorted candidates in the Written Test will be called for Computer Practical Test on MS Office on dates notified later
- No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the Written Test, Computer Test.
- The appointee will be governed by the Contributory New Pension Rules, 2005 introduced by the Govt. of Assam
