Director Town & Country Planning Nalbari Recruitment For Junior Assistant -Application in Standard form as prescribed in Assam Gazette Part-IX are invited from the eligible intending candidates for filling up of the following vacant Grade-III post under the office of the Deputy Director, Town & Country Planning, District Office, Nalbari.

Deputy Director Town & Country Planning Nalbari Recruitment For Junior Assistant Post Details:

Name of Post: Jr. Assistant

Essential Qualification: (i) Graduate in any discipline from recognized University.

(ii) Candidate must possess computer knowledge having 6 months diploma / certificate of M.S. Office / DTP from Govt. recognized institute.

Scale of Pay: Rs. 14.000/- to Rs. 49,000/- P.M. + Grade pay Rs.5, 600/- and other allowances   as admissible as per Rules of the Govt. of Assam.

Age: 21 Years to 38 Years as on 01/12/2017.

Director Town & Country Planning Nalbari Recruitment For Junior Assistant Application Fee:

• Application must be accompanied with required application fee of Rs. 250/- (Rupees two hundred fifty) only for General category candidates and Rs. 150/- for SC / ST/OBC / MOBC candidates.
• Candidates having BPL Certificate: Nil.

Application fee should be deposited only through Treasury Challan in the Head of Account “0070-other Administrative Services-60- other Services- 800- other receipts”.

Deputy Director Town & Country Planning Nalbari Recruitment For Junior Assistant Important Points:

• Candidates must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
• The candidates should register their names in any of the Employment Exchanges of the State and registration number should be indicated on the application with attested copies of the Employment Exchange Registration Card.
• The candidate must not be less than 21 years and more than 38 years as on 01/12/2017.
• Candidates already in Service may also apply through proper channel.
• Application found incomplete and which does not conform to the qualification or found to contain false document, information and misrepresentation shall be summarily rejected. The decision of the Selection Committee as to the eligibility or otherwise of a candidate for admission to the written examination/computer practical tests shall be final.
• Eligible candidates will have to appear in written test (primarily objective type comprising General Awareness (GK), General English, and Arithmetic etc.) and the successful candidates in written test shall be called for computer practical tests.
• Canvassing directly or indirectly will disqualify a candidate.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the written/practical tests.
• The last date for submission of completed application is 13_^th January, 2018. No application will be accepted alter the scheduled date and any postal delay will not be the responsibility of the Department.
• The written test shall be held on 21^st January, 2018 (SUNDAY) at the place to be notified later.
• The application must be accompanied with the following documents:

• Attested copies of all Certificates regarding qualifications and other qualifications, age proof certificate,
• 2 (two) copies of self attested recent pass port size photographs,
• Self addressed envelope of 10″x 4.5″size affixing postal stamp of Rs. 5.00 (Rupees five) only.
