Assam Urban Infrastructure Investment Program (AUIIP) Recruitment -Applications are invited against the following contractual positions in Project Management Unit (PMU), Guwahati of Assam Urban Infrastructure Investment Program, sponsored by ADB for an initial period of 11 months (extendable). i) Name of the Post: Program Manager

Number of Posts: 1

Academic Qualification/Experience: Should be Graduate in Civil Engineering with a minimum 15 years of experience in handling water supply, sewerage, sanitation or related projects and having good Project Management skills. Knowledge of FIDIC guidelines under contract management would be an added advantage.

Age: Max 45 years

Salary (Fixed p.m): Rs. 75,000/-

ii) Name of the Post: Accounts Officer

Number of Posts: 1

Academic Qualification/Experience: Should be B.Com from a reputed university with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Accounts Officer in the works department of Assam

Age: Max 60 years

Salary (Fixed p.m): Rs. 40,000/-

iii) Name of the Post: Contract Management & Procurement Specialist

Number of Posts: 1

Academic Qualification/Experience: Should be a Graduate in Civil Engineering or Masters in Finance/Economics/Equivalent with a minimum of 10 years experience in contract management, supervision, quality assurance and procurement works of large scale projects related to water supply, sewerage and drainage sector. Knowledge of FIDIC guidelines is a must. Candidates having professional diploma or certificate in contract management & procurement courses shall be given preference.

Age: Max 45 years

Salary (Fixed p.m): Rs. 1,20,000/-

Place of posting: PMU Guwahati

iv) Name of the Post: Peon

Number of Posts: 1

Academic Qualification/Experience: Should be 8th standard passed. Candidates having experience in the same field shall be given preferences.

Age: Max 35 Years

Salary (Fixed p.m): Rs. 7,000/-

The selected candidates shall not be entitled to claim any amount over and above the amount mentioned in this add or other than which is decided to be disbursed by the Project Office.
Candidates having prior experience of working with externally/GOl aided/funded projects shall be preferred.
Screening and eligibility shall be solely decided by the selection committee constituted for the purpose and the committee reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason thereof.
