1. Process Server (Jarikarak)
No of posts: 2 posts
Pay Scale: Rs 14000 – Rs 49000, GP: Rs 5000
Required Educational Qualification: The candidates must have minimum education qualification of class VIII standard.

2. Peon
No of posts: 1 post
Pay: Rs 12000 – Rs 37500, GP: Rs 3900
Required Educational Qualification: The candidates must have minimum education qualification of class VIII standard.

Age Limit: in between18 years and 38 years of age as on 01.01.2017. However the upper age limit as relaxation by 5 (five) years for ST (P) candidate. Inappropriate cases, relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing rules.

How to Apply:
- Candidates must submit application with attested copies of all relevant documents/ testimonials in support of the education and other qualifications including experience. Three (3) copies of duly signed recent passport size photographs should invariably be enclosed with the application. The application should be sent to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhubri.
- List of eligible candidates along with the specific date of interview shall be notified in the official website of Dhubri District Judiciary (www.dhubrijudiciary.gov.in) as well as in the notice board of office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhubri.
- Incomplete applications will be rejected without any notice. No application will be entertained after the last date fixed.
- Selection shall be made on the basis of personal interview. 4. The eligible candidates shall be required to appear for their interview. The venue to be notified in the notice board/Website. No separate call letter will be issued to the eligible candidates. Canvassing by any means will immediately lead to rejection of candidature.
- The application received either by post or by hand after the last date of submission shall not be accepted.
- All other matters regarding the recruitment process which is not specified herein shall be decided by the selection board taking note of the guidelines of the Honourable Gauhati High Court.
