1. Name of the Post : Senior Manager

Number of posts : 01

Pay: Best in the industry which is negotiable.

Qualification: MBA or Masters in Health Management/Insurance or equivalent from a recognised University or reputed Institute

Experience: 

• Minimum 10 years experience in health insurance/assurance sector in senior management position.
• Demonstrated competency in supervisory and interpersonal skills.
• Superior management and leadership qualities in order to liaise effectively with management, senior staff,staff of parity organizations and government officials.
• Knowledge of local language will be an advantage.

Job Purpose: Provide support for the overall success in the implementation of the Atal Amrit Abhiyan, Assam.The Sr. Manager is expected to supervise the operational execution of the scheme and ensure that the efficiency, relevance and impact of Atal Amrit Abhiyan in the state of Assam is maximized.He/She would ensure the day to day success of the scheme at the field level.The Senior Manager will also be responsible for maintenance of the day to day administrative works of the SNC/Society.

 

2. Name of the Post  : Medical Officer

Number of posts : 01

Pay: Best in the industry which is negotiable.

Qualification: MBBS or Masters in public health

Experience: Minimum 5 years in related sector.

Job Purpose: Provide support for the overall success in the implementation of the Atal Amrit Abhiyan, Assam.The Medical Officer is expected to provide support to the CEO and team in claims management, matters relating to line of treatment,surgical procedures, diagnostic tests, specialty wise packages and its pricing along with treatment protocols.He/She would be responsible for preparation of clinical audits,scheme performance reports, coordinate and liaise with representatives of ISA,empanelled hospitals and coordinate development for standard treatment protocol

 

3. Name of the Post: ISA Coordinator

Number of posts : 01

Pay: Best in the industry which is negotiable.

Qualification: Minimum Graduate in any discipline with PGDHM in Hospital Management/Masters in Hospital Administration

Experience: Minimum 3 years in related sector.

Job Purpose: Coordinate and liaise with ISA in ensuring patient satisfaction and effective treatment. Provide support in organizing health camps and IEC activities.He/ She will be responsible for coordination of the pre‐ authorization cashless scheme for the patients.

4. Name of the Post: Service CoordinatorNumber of posts : 01Pay: Best in the industry which is negotiable.Qualification: Any PG with LLB from a recognised University/InstitutionExperience: Minimum 3 years in related sector.

Job Purpose: Coordinate with empanelled hospitals; deal with public grievances and RTI matters. He/She will be also responsible for coordination with district level committees.

 

5. Name of the Post: Claims Coordinator

Number of posts : 03

Pay: Best in the industry which is negotiable.

Qualification: : Post graduate in Commerce

Experience: Minimum 3 years in related sector

Job Purpose: Monitor claims processing by ISA, assist the Accounts Dept. in making payments to the hospitals. He/She will also be responsible for any other financial matters of the scheme
