KASTURBA GANDHI BALIKA VIDYALAYA s are Residential School, so Warden cum Assistant Teacher and Full time Assistant Teacher will have to reside in the School cum hostel campus in all working days and in holidays.

Age limit: The candidate’s age must be in between 18 years to 43 years of age as on 1st January, 2017. However there is relaxation of upper age limit for SC, ST(P), ST(H), & PH candidates for another 5 years as per Government of Assam rules.

- Warden Cum Assistant Teacher/Full Time Assistant Teacher working in KGBV no need to apply.
- One candidate can apply for only one post and in one district only.
- Candidates must submit Application in plain paper stating

The above mentioned documents must be submitted to
“ To The District Mission Coordinator, SSA, of the concerned District”
(in case of South Salmara, Mankachar, Biswanath and Charaideo district the application should be submitted to the ADC at the office of the Deputy Commissioner of the concerned district who is in charge of DMC, SSA of that district) latest by 7th October, 2017. Please not to write “Name of the post applied clearly on the top of the envelope’’.
- A List of shortlisted candidates with the date, venue and time of verification cum interview will be notified on the Notice Board by the concerned District Mission Coordinator, SSA (Deputy Commissioners Office for South Salmara, Mankachar, Biswanath and Charaideo district) of concerned district on 17th October, 2017.
- All the candidates shortlisted will have to appear in the Interview Cum Verification in the date and time specified with all original testimonials.
- No separate call letter will be issued. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the verification cum interview.
- No application should be sent to the State Mission Office, SSA.
