· Experience in implementing, designing, or coordinating WASH in rural community ;

· Familiarity with community-based sanitation programs, and with a diversity of latrine designs for rural communities;

· Knowledge of SLWM technology options and experience in implementing SLWM activities in rural areas

· Exceptional degree of integrity, judgment and tact in handling the most sensitive, diverse and confidential material.

· Fluency in English, Hindi and local language is necessary and desirable;

· Willing to travel extensively in rural areas
