CSS ATMA NMAET recruitment 2017 : Online Applications are invited from interested candidates who are Indian Citizens as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India for the recruitment of various Contractual Posts under CSS-ATMA (NMAET),Directorate of Agriculture, Assam . All the candidates selected  will be paid a fixed monthly remuneration. lt is important to note that the recruitment is purely on contractual basis posts and  are  co-terminus with the project & subject to satisfactory fulfillment of other terms & conditions as specified.

A. FOR STATE LEVEL POSTS:

1. Name of the post: State Coordinator

No of post: 1

Mode of Recruitment: Contractual

Remuneration per month: 50,000 /-

Qualification: Doctorate or Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture, Agriculture Extension, Horticulture, Agronomy, Fishery, Soil Science, Agril Economics and Allied Sector. Minimum 10 years experience in Coordination and Planning for Ph.D and 20 years of Masters.

Age limit (years): 62

2. Name of the post: Gender Coordinator

No of post: 1

Mode of Recruitment: Contractual

Remuneration per month: 40,000 /-

Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture and Allied Sector including Home Science Extension or Sociology. Minimum 5 years experience in Agriculture Extension or Gender Related Works

Age limit (years): 62

3. Name of the post: Deputy Director

No of post: 4

Mode of Recruitment: Contractual

Remuneration per month: 44,400 /-

Qualification: Post Graduate in Agriculture, Human Resource Development, Information Technology, Marketing/ Post Harvest Technology ,Veterinary, Fishery. Minimum 3 years experience in the scale of its 15600-39100+5400/or Minimum experience of 6 years as a faculty member in the respective field from the reputed organization/institution (to the satisfaction of the State Govt)

B. FOR DISTRICT LEVEL POSTS

4. Name of the post: Deputy Project Director

No of post: 23

Mode of Recruitment: Contractual

Remuneration per month: 42,000 /-

Qualification: Post Graduate in Agriculture / Allied Sectors with research back ground. Minimum 3 years experience in the scale of Rs. 9300.34800+4200/ Or Minimum 5 years experience in managerial or supervisory capacity in Agriculture And Allied Sectors

5. Name of the post: Computer Programmer

No of post: 16

Mode of Recruitment: Contractual

Remuneration per month: 16,000 /-

Qualification: B. Tech or MCA . For B. Tech with 1 year Experience in relevant field and for MCA 1.5 years in relevant field

6. Name of the post: Accountant cum Clerk

No of post: 14

Mode of Recruitment: Contractual

Remuneration per month: 22,500 /-

Qualification: Degree in B. Com (Bachelor of  Commerce). Minimum 3 years Experience of Accountancy in a reputed organization to the satisfaction to the State Govt& knowledge on operation of Tally

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Agri/Allied  Sector with Computer Skills. Minimum 2 years field experience in Agri related activities if Post Graduate otherwise 3 years

8. Name of the post: Assistant Technology Manager

Remuneration per month: 15,000 /-

Qualification: Graduate /Post Graduate in Agri/Hort/Economics/ veterinary Science/ AHD/Fisheries with Computer Skills. Preferably 1 year Experience

DISTRICT WISE VACANCIES OF THE DISTRICT AND BLOCK LEVEL POSTS:

(The vacancy may be increase or decrease)

Eligibility:

(a) Nationality: The candidate must be an Indian citizen. 

(b) He/She should not be less than 21 years and more than 43 years of age as on 01.01.2017 for the post of Deputy Project Director, Accountant cum Clerk and Computer Programmer as per Govt. OM No.ABP 06/2016/04 dtd. 3/3/2016 and for the post of Block Technology Manager and Assistant Technology Manager the upper age limit will be 45 years as per NMAET guideline. However, the upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates. The age limit of the candidates will be ca’culated on the basis of the Matriculation /HSLC Admit Card/Certificate issued by a recognized Board/Council, and no other document shall be accepted in lieu thereof for the purpose.

(c) Only in the post of Deputy Director, SAMETI , State Coordinator & Gender Coordinator , the Upper age limit will be 62 on 01.01.2017(For both General and reserved category candidates).The service of successful candidate will be renewed annually subject to satisfactory performance of service up to the age of 65 years or Co-terminus with the project whichever is earlier. (d) The candidate must hold above mentioned qualification from any of the recognized Universities.

(d) Candidates must possess the prescribed qualification on the date of submission of their applications.

(e) Candidate also must possess above mentioned experience to qualify for written test.

(f) Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

HOW TO APPLY

3. Candidates are requested to upload all the required self-attested supporting documents i.e. Experience Certificate, NOC ,Qualification Certificate etc, Including one recent passport size photograph and signature as per prescribed format and size as mentioned In the online form.
4. Candidate will have to pay an application fees of Rs 250/- only (for General and OBC) and the candidates from reserved categories (SC/ST) will have to pay Rs 125/-only along with submission of online application form.
5. The payment will have to be made through online only.
6. The Candidate who are presently working in any Government/Semi Government/Private organization should have to submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer at the time of submission of application.
7. Reserve Category Candidate will have to submit the Cast Certificate along with the online application.

WRITTEN EXAMINATION TEST CENTRES

OMR based written examination will be held at various Centre of 26 districts (Bongaigaon, Kamrup, Cachar,  Chirang,  Darrang,  DimaHasao, Goalpara, Golaghat, Karimganj, Kokrajhar, Lakhimpur, Sivasagar, Morlgaon, Tinsukia, Udalguri, Nalbari, Barpeta, Nagaon, Hailakandi, Dibrugarh,Dhuburi,  Baska, Jorhat, Dhemaji, Sonitpur,  Karbi Anglong.
