Applications are invited from the intoning candidates for filling up the following posts which are lying vacant in the Treasury Establishment of Sivasagar District as detailed below. The applications must be submitted in the Standard form of Application as published in the Assam Gazette in Part-IX along with the supporting documents of Educational Qualification and other testimonials etc.

Scale of Pay-Rs. 5,200/- to 20,200/- + Grade Pay Rs. 2400/- Per Month.
Treasury Office Recruitment
1) Educational Qualification:
a) The candidate shall be a Graduate from a recognized University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State.
b) The candidates must have Diploma in Computer from a Govt. recognized institution.
2) Age : Minimum 18 and maximum 38 years in case or General/OBC/MOBC candidates and 43 (forty three) in case of ST(P). ST(H) and SC candidates as on 01.01.2015. Age proof supporting documents must be submitted along with the applications.
3) Other Details:
a) Candidates must have registered their name in the Employment Exchange and the registration no. must be quoted in their application.
b) Incomplete Application will be summarily rejected and no application will be entertained after the scheduled date and time in any circumstances.
C) No TA/DA will be admissible.
d) All copies of certificates and mark sheets and other testimonials duly serf attested must accompany the application. The candidates should submit three codes of recent self attested passport size Photograph alongwith the application.
e) The decision of the Beard to the eligibility of a candidates selected to the post shall be final.
f) Canvassing directly or indirectly in any form will be liable to cancellation of candidature at any point of time during the whole recruitment process.
g) Applications can be dropped in the Application Drop Box at office of the Treasury Officer. Sivasagar during officer hours upto the last date and time also.
h) Date of written examination : 23.01.2016 and 24.01.2016.
4) Selection Process:
a) Candidates will have to appear in a written test
b) Written qualified candidates will have to appear in oral interview and computer test.
c) The selected candidates will have to submit an undertaking to the Appointment Authority that they will abide by the New Pension Scheme Rule of the Govt. issued vide Finance Deptt. Letter No. BW-3/03/ PT-I/1 dated 25.01.2005.

6) Issuing of Admit Card: The admit cards will be sent to the qualified candidates to appear the written examination by post. Those who will not room the admit cards by post can collect the same on 21.01.2016 and 22.01.2016 upto 4 PM from the office of the Treasury Officer, Snrasagar. Venue of the examination and list of qualified candidates for appealing the written examination wall be uploaded in the official website of the Deputy Concessioner’s office, Sivasagar www.sivasagar.nic.in and in the notice board. office of the Deputy Commissioner.
