BSF (Border Security Force) invites application for the post of 230 Sub Inspector (workshop) , Sub Inspector (Master) , Sub Inspector (Engine Driver), Head Constable (Master), Head Constable (Engine Driver), Head Constable (workshop) & Constable (crew) in BSF Water wing -2015. Apply before 30 Days from the Date of Publication in the Employment News.

No. of Vacancy : 23 Posts, Pay Scale : Rs. 9300-34800/-, Grade Pay : Rs.4200/-

2.Post Name : Head Constable (Master)/(Engine Driver)/(workshop), 

No. of Vacancy : 141 Posts, Pay Scale : Rs. 5200-20200/-, Grade Pay : Rs.2000/-

3.Post Name : Constable  (crew),  No. of Vacancy : 66 Posts, Pay Scale : Rs. 5200-20200/-,Grade Pay : Rs.2000/-

Age Limit :1.For Sub Inspector : 20 to 25 years2.For Head Constable & Constable : 20 to 25 years

Educational Qualification :

1.For Sub Inspector : Candidate should have Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized University / Board and Second Class Master Certificate issued by the central or State inland Water Transport Authority or Mercantile Marine Department or  Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent or Three years Diploma in Mechanical or Marine or Automobile Engineering from a recognized university or Institution.

2.For Head Constable : Candidate should have 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized University / Board with Possessing II^nd Class Engine Driver Certificate OR Serang Certificate OR Candidate should have Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized University / Board and  Industrial Training instituted Diploma in Motor Mechanic.

3.For Constable : Candidate should have Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized University / Board and one year experience in operating of Boat.

Method for Apply : 

Interested Candidates may apply in prescribed application form along with Two recent passport size photographs should be attached to the application.One each photograph to be affixed on the application form and admit card and Three self addressed envelopes of size of 25 x12 cms with postal stamp worth Rs. 39/- each send to concerned RAs/HQrs, Under which State Falls as per Official Notification on or before 30 Days from the Date of Publication in the Employment News.

Selection Process : 

Selection will be based on Written Examination, Documentation, Physical Standards Test & Physical Efficiency Test.
