1. Junior Technician
No of posts: 12 Posts
Branch wise Vacancies:
- Electronics Mechanic: 01
- Fitter: 06
- Instrument Mechanic: 03
- Surveyor: 02
Salary: Grade III Pay Scale Rs. 26,600 – Rs. 90,000/-
Required Eligibility:
Electronics Mechanic:
- Passed Class 10 from a Government Recognized Board.
- Trade Certificate in Electronics Mechanic Trade issued by National Council for Vocational Training / State Council for Vocational Training.
Fitter:
- Passed Class 10 from a Government Recognized Board.
- Trade Certificate in Fitter Trade issued by National Council for Vocational Training / State Council for Vocational Training.
Instrument Mechanic:
- Passed Class 10 from a Government Recognized Board.
- Trade Certificate in Instrument Mechanic Trade issued by National Council for Vocational Training / State Council for Vocational Training.
Surveyor:
- Passed Class 10 from a Government Recognized Board.
- Trade Certificate in Surveyor Trade issued by National Council for Vocational Training / State Council for Vocational Training.
Age: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years. Relaxtation of age is as per govt. rule.
2. Junior Office Assistant
No of posts: 33 Posts
Salary: Grade III Pay Scale Rs. 26,600 – Rs. 90,000/-
Required Eligibility:
- Passed 10+2 in any stream from Government Recognized Board/ University.
- Passed Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application of minimum 06 (six) months duration and should be fully conversant with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint etc.
Age: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years. Relaxtation of age is as per govt. rule.
3. Junior Engineer(Electrical)
No of posts: 04 Posts
Salary: Grade VII Pay Scale Rs. 37,500.00 –1,45,000/-
Required Eligibility:
- Passed Class 10 from a Government Recognized Board.
- Passed 03 (three) years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a Government Recognized University/Board/Institute.
- Must possess a valid Electrical Supervisor’s Certificate of Competency [minimum parts 1, 2, 3 & 4] issued by Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Assam.
Age: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years. Relaxtation of age is as per govt. rule.
4. Contractual Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) Operator
No of posts: 16 Posts [UR: 8, SC: 1, ST: 2, EWS: 1, OBC: 4]
Salary:
- Fixed Emolument: ₹24,960.00 (Rupees Twenty-Four Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty) only per month based on attendance including paid leave, holiday, if any.
- Variable Emolument: ₹960.00 (Rupees Nine Hundred and Sixty) only per day for each working day.
Required Eligibility:
- Passed Class 10 + 2 in any stream from Government Recognized Education Board/ University.
- Must possess a valid Professional Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving Licence (TRANS category Driving Licence) issued by Competent Authority as per Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 and its amendments & Central Motors Vehicles Rules, 1989 and its amendments. The issue date of the Professional Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving Licence (TRANS category Driving Licence) should be minimum 04 (four) years old.
- Must have minimum 03 (three) years of work experience in driving heavy vehicles.
Age: Minimum: 18 years to Maximum age limit: Gen: 40 years, OBC-NCL: 43 years and SC/ST: 45 years.
5. Contractual Field Assistant (Land)
No of posts: 05 Posts [UR: 3, ST: 1, OBC: 1]
Salary:
- Fixed Emolument: ₹ 21,450.00 (Rupees Twenty-One Thousand Four Hundred & Fifty) only per month based on attendance including paid leave, holiday, if any.
- Variable Emolument: ₹ 825.00 (Rupees Eight Hundred & Twenty Five) only per day for each working day.
Required Eligibility:
- Must possess Qualified Recorder’s Certificate Class Course (RCCC) of Lot Mandal/ Land Record Assistance from Government Department. OR Must have passed HSLC examination or equivalent examination from Government Recognized Board.
- Must have minimum 10 (ten) years work experience in any Govt./PSU/Public/Private Sector organization of repute, engaged in land acquisition, including but not limited to land survey/land acquisition and revenue matters including liaison with revenue authorities.
Age: Minimum: 25 years to Maximum age limit: Gen: 40 years, OBC-NCL: 43 years and SC/ST: 45 years.

Eligible candidates must bring: (a) in ORIGINAL, and (b) a set of SELF-ATTESTED COPIES of the following documents while reporting on the scheduled date of Registration and Walk in for Personal Assessment(s):
- Filled in Personal Bio-Data Form (format given on the last 2 pages of this advertisement).
- 01 (One) recent 3cm X 3cm coloured passport photograph.
- Valid Photo Identity Proof and valid Address Proof issued by Competent Government Authority.
- Date of Birth (DoB) proof i.e., Class 10th Certificate containing DoB.
