Required Eligibility:
- Ph.D. in Chemistry with M.Sc. in Chemistry of min. 2 years duration with 60 % marks OR Ph.D. in Geology with Master’s Degree in Geology/Applied Geology of min. 2 years duration with 60 % marks; OR Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering with Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering of min. 2 years duration with 60 % marks; OR Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering with Master’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering of min. 2 years duration with 60 % marks. AND
- Minimum 04 years of Post Qualification Relevant Work Experience.

Selection Process for OIL India Limited Recruitment 2026
The Selection Process for the Posts Number 1, 2, 3 and 4 shall comprise of Computer Based Test (CBT) and Personal Interview (PI), details of which are as under:
