Scale of Pay: Rs. 10000/- -fixed

Educational Qualification: Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination in any stream with minimum 6 (six) months’ Diploma/ Certificate in Computer Application from any Govt. recognized institution and having good working knowledge of office software tools.

2. Copyist

Scale of Pay: Rs. 9000/- -fixed

Educational Qualification: Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination in any stream with minimum 6(six) months’ Diploma / Certificate in Computer Application from any Govt. recognized institution and having good working knowledge of office software tools.

Age: Candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years as on 19.08.2026, relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing rules of the Government of Assam.

Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) examination passed in any stream with minimum 6 months Diploma / Certificate Course in Computer Application from recognized institute having good knowledge of office productivity software tools.

Date of Walk in Interview: 18/08/2026 from 09:30 AM onwards.

Age: Candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years as on 18.08.2026, relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing rules of the Government of Assam.

How to Apply for Dhubri District Recruitment 2026

Candidates need to bring duly filled up ‘STANDARD FORM OF APPLICATION’ along with self attested photo copies of all documents relating to qualification, experience (if any), age, address proof, two passport size colour photographs, valid employment exchange registration certificate. Candidates must bring all original documents for verification.

For Foreigners Tribunal 4 & 5

Candidates must report at the Office of Smti. Ranjumani Dutta, ACS, Additional District May under the Office of the District Commissioner, Dhubri, Ground Floor between 9.30 AM to 11.00 AM on the date of Walk-in-Interview. Candidates arriving at venue after 11.00 A.M. will not be considered for Walk-in-Interview.

For Foreigners Tribunal 8

Candidates must report at the Office of Shri Kartik Kalita, ACS, Additional District Magistrate, Dhubri under the Office of the District Commissioner, Dhubri, 1st Floor between 9.30 AM to 11.00 AM on the date of Walk-in-Interview. Candidates arriving at venue after 11.00 A.M. will not be considered for Walk-in-Interview.

For Foreigners Tribunal 9

Candidates are required to report on the mentioned dates against each post at 9.30 A.M. in the Office of the Member, Foreigners Tribunal 9 Dhubri, GTB Road, Near P.C. Barua Field, Dhubri. Candidates arriving after 11.00 A.M. in venue will not be considered for selection process.

For Foreigners Tribunal 10

Interested candidates are required to report at 9.30 A.M. on 18/08/2026 in the Office of the Foreigners Tribunal 10th, Dhubri, G.T.B. Road, Ward No.1, Near P.C. Baruah Fleld, Dhubrl, PIN-783301. Candidates arriving after 11.00 A.M. in venue will not be entertained for selection process.
