For Project Office Guwahati
i) Name of the Post : STATE HEAD / DEPUTY STATE HEAD
Eligibility Details:
Min. 10 years of relevant experience in successfully managing Govt health insurance schemes consisting of project mgt., liaison & CRM, claims processing, hospital empanelment, team & performance mgt., SLA’s, budgeting & branch admin, etc.
ii) Name of the Post : STATE CO-ORDINATOR
Eligibility Details:
Min. 3-5 years of relevant experience of handling similar schemes as a Project Co-ordinator.

iii) Name of the Post : CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER (CMO)
Eligibility Details:
Retired Govt. Doctors (MBBS/ MD) with relevant experience in scrutiny/ adjudication/audit of medical claims will be preferred.
iv) Name of the Post : MANAGER- FIELD OPERATIONS(FOSS)
Eligibility Details:
Min. 3-5 years of relevant experience of managing field stuff at least 10 people preferably involved in public health management.
v) Name of the Post : MANAGER- EMPANELMENT / PRE AUTH & CLAIMS / AUDIT
Eligibility Details:
MBBS Doctor with a min. of 1 year managerial experience of handling a team of at least 5 people for hospital empanelment, medical claims processing or medical claims audits
vi) Name of the Post : MANAGER – CUSTOMER CARE, GRIEVANCE & FEEDBACK
Eligibility Details:
Min. 2 years of managerial experience handling a team of at least 5 people in a Call Centre/BPO.
vii) Name of the Post : MANAGER – MIS
Eligibility Details:
Min. 2 years of experience in a similar role for generation of meaningful MIS‘s. Reports & Data Presentation.
viii) Name of the Post : MANAGER – IT & SW
Eligibility Details:
Min. 2 years of experience in software development; preferably health care, enrollment & hospital claims management related software & applications.
ix) Name of the Post : MANAGER – IEC
Eligibility Details:
Min. 2-3 years of experience in handling advertising, publicity, promotions, events, etc and preferably from advertising or print & media industry.
x) Name of the Post : MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS

MBBS / BHMS / BAMS / BDS Doctors for medical claims processing. Fresher’s can also apply.
