i) Name of the Post: State Project Manager (HR, Administration & Capacity Building of Staff)
Number of post: 01 (UR)
Salary: Rs. 63,000/- per month
Qualification: Post-Graduate degree in Human Resource / MBA (HR).
Experience: 7+ years Post qualification Experience in HR agency / company with considerable scale and size, out of which at least 2 Years should be in Rural Development /Community development sector.
Age: 32 to 45 years
ii) Name of the Post: District Project Manager
Number of post: 07 (UR-2, OBC-2, SC-2, ST(H)-1)
Salary: Rs. 42,000/- per month
Qualification: Post-Graduate degree.
Experience: 3+ years post qualification experience in social/community development sector.

xi) Name of the Post: MIS Assistant cum Accountant

Salary: Rs. 15,000/- per month
Qualification: Graduate (BCA/B.Com) with knowledge and experience in MS- Office plus tally and other data entry/accounting software.
Experience: 1 + year post qualification experience in relevant sector.

- The applicants should fill in all relevant portion of the online application format. Candidates need to submit relevant testimonials ( pass certificates, mark sheets, experience certificates etc.) along with online application. Those who qualify in written test will be short listed and called for document verification on a later data Candidates who fail to submit required documents during the time of verification or do not possess the required qualification or experience. their application will be rejected even if they qualify in written test and no further communication will be entertained from them. Candidates are therefore. advised to ensure their own eligibility before applying for a particular post.
- Candidates should note that for each of the following groups of posts, he/she can apply for only one post within that group.

No communication in respect or submission of Online Application will be entertained once the submission date is over. Mode of Application is Online only.
- Cut off date for the purpose of calculation of age and experience shall be 01/04/2018 (1st April, 2018).
- Relaxation in maximum age : SC/ST candidates – 5 years, OBC/PWD candidates – 3 years.
- The short-listed candidates after written test may have to appear for Group Discussion/Computer Proficiency Test and Personal Interview as decided by the State Mission Director, for which no TA/DA shall be paid.
- There will be no minimum qualifying marks in the written test. However, five candidates in order of merit will be called for Group Discussion / Computer Proficiency Test / Personal Interview, against each vacancy.
- Candidates willing to apply for more than one post shall have to submit separate application for each post.
- Incomplete application shall be rejected without giving any information.
