State Child Protection Society Assam Recruitment
College of Veterinary Science Assam has published a recruitment notification regarding recruitment of 42 Call Operator, Project Coordinator, Counselor, Child Helpline Supervisor, Case Worker, Security Guard and MPS Staff Posts for Women & Child Development Control Room (WCD-CR at state level) and Child Help Line – District Child Protection Unit level (CHL-DCPU) of various districts under the Mission Vatsalya Scheme sponsored by GoI, MWCD and implemented by the Department of Women and Child Development, GOA. State Child Protection Society Assam Recruitment Details
1. Call Operator
No of Posts: 04 Posts
Salary: Rs. 14,000/- per month
Eligibility Criteria: Any Graduate from a recognized University with at least 2 years’ experience of computer application. Diploma in Computer Application is must.
Place of Posting: WCD Control Room, Beltola, Guwahati, Assam.
2. Project Coordinator
No of Posts: 04 Posts
Salary: Rs. 23,000/- per month
Eligibility Criteria: Post Graduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Child Development, Education, Human Rights, Public Administration, Law, Psychology, Psychiatry, Public Health, and Community Resource Management from a recognized University. Diploma in Computer Application is must.
Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in project formulation, implementation, monitoring, reporting, networking and supervision preferably in the field of Women & Child Development.
Preference: Preference will be given to the personnel having working experience in Existing Child Help Lines Services.
Place of Posting: Biswanath(01), Dhemaji(01), South Salmara (01) and Morigaon (01).
3. Counselor
No of Posts: 06 Posts
Salary: Rs. 18,000/- per month
Eligibility Criteria: Graduate in Social Work/Sociology/Psychology/ Public Health/ Counselling from a recognized university.
Preference: Preference will be given to the candidates having Post Graduate in the mentioned subjects. Preference will be given to the personnel working in Child Help Lines Services. PG Diploma in Counselling and Communication also will be preferred.

4. Child Helpline Supervisor
No of Posts: 15 Posts
Salary: Rs. 16,000/- per month
Eligibility Criteria: Graduate, preferably BA. in Social Work, Sociology, Computer Sciences Information Technology Community Service, Social Sciences from a recognized university. Weightage for an experienced candidate relating to Child Protection. Diploma in Computer Application is applicable.
Preference: Preference will be given to personnel of working in Emergency Child Helplines.

5. Case Worker
No of Posts: 10 Posts
Salary: Rs. 14,000/- per month
Eligibility Criteria: 12th passed from a recognized Board/ Equivalent Board. Good Communication Skills. Weightage for an experienced candidate relating to Child Protection.
Preference: Preference will be given to personnel of working in Emergency Helplines / DCPU.

6. Security Guard

Salary: Rs. 9,000/- per month
Eligibility Criteria: Class IX Passed

Other Criteria for State Child Protection Society Assam Recruitment
Age: Candidate should not be less than 21 years or more than 38 years of age as on 01/01/2026. The age limit of the candidate will be calculated based on the HSLC Admit card or pass certificate issued by recognized Central / State board / Council and no other document shall be accepted in lieu of the mentioned documents.
Residency: The candidate must be permanent resident of district concerned where post is applied for. The candidate must produce Voter ID card as a proof of residency.
Police Verification: Submission of Police verification report is mandatory after selection to ensure credibility and accountability.

Second day / date of walk in Interview: 3rd February, 2026.
- Reporting time in between 10.00 am to 11.00 am strictly for the following districts-Morigaon, Nagaon, Nalbari, Sonitpur, Tamulpur, Tinsukia, South Salmara, Sribhumi, Udalguri and WCD Control Room at Kamrup Metro.
