Samagra Shiksha Axom Recruitment Details

1. State Consultant- External Funding & CSR Mobilization

No of posts: 01 Post

Salary: Rs. 30,000/- to 1,10,000/- with Grade Pay in Rs. 13300/- per month.

Required Eligibility: Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with at least 60% marks, preferably in the areas of Finance, Marketing, or Strategic Management.

Experiences:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven track record of:
  • Fundraising from bilateral/multilateral agencies, foundations, and CSR entities.
  • Developing project proposals and concept notes.
  • Engaging with corporate CSR teams and donor agencies.
  • Coordinating grant management processes.

Desirable:

• Certification in Fundraising or Project Management (e.g., PMP, CFRE).
• Experience in working with NGOs, UN agencies, or CSR divisions of corporates.
• Experience in public-private partnerships or impact funding.

Age: The candidate should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 62 years of age as on 01.01.2025.

Place of Posting: State Mission office.
