Gauhati High Court Recruitment Details

1. Assam Judicial Service Grade I

No of posts: 14 Posts [UR: 8, OBC/MOBC: 6]

Salary: Rs.14000- Rs.70000+ GP Rs.8700/- plus other allowances applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: A candidate must be a Graduate from a recognized University. She/he must have working knowledge of Computer.

Age: Category wise age limits for the posts, as on last date of receipt of applications, will be as under

• Unreserved: 40 Years
• OBC/MOBC: 43 Years
• SC/ST(P) & ST(H): 45 Years
• PwBD: 50 Years

2. Computer Assistant

No of posts: 05 Posts [OBC/MOBC: 3, STP: 1, STH: Nil]

Salary: PB-2, Rs.14000-70000/- Grade Pay of Rs.6200/- plus other allowances as admissible under the rules.

Educational Qualification: Must be a Graduate from a recognized University. Must have Diploma / Certificate in Computer Operation / Applications of at least 6 (six) months duration. The candidate must have received training in execution of works such as 1) data entry and DTP works, 2) basic hardware maintenance including installation of various devices like printers, scanners etc., 3) setting up and configuring LAN, 4) using utilities, application software, 5) Web designing and Web based application software as well as Web based applications of computers.

Age: Category wise age limits for the posts, as on last date of receipt of applications, will be as under

• OBC/MOBC: 43 Years
• SC/ST(P) & ST(H): 45 Years
