Details of CSIR NEIST Jorhat Recruitment 2024
1. Project Associate-I
No of posts: 02 Posts
Scale of Pay: Rs. 31,000/- per month.
Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Bioinformatics/Genomics Science/Computational Biology/Computer Science.
Experience:
- Computer Aided Drug Design
- Bioinformatics
- NGS analysis
- Developing Bioinformatics or related software tools/ databases and applying machine learning in natural sciences with a proven record of publications and/ or software products in public domain.
Age: The candidates should not be more than 35 years.
2. Project Associate-I
No of posts: 03 Posts
Scale of Pay: Rs. 31,000/- per month.
Educational Qualification: 1st Class M.Sc. in Chemistry.
Age: The candidates should not be more than 35 years.
3. Senior Project Associate
No of posts: 01 Post
Scale of Pay: Rs. 42,000/- per month.
Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in Chemistry/Chemical Sciences.
Experience: Experience in synthetic Inorganic Chemistry and having knowledge in electrochemistry, Schlenk lines will be preferred.
Age: The candidates should not be more than 40 years.
4. Senior Project Associate
No of posts: 01 Post
Scale of Pay: Rs. 42,000/- per month.
Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in Biological Sciences/Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Chemical Engineering
Experience: Knowledge/experience in advanced microbiology and molecular biology techniques and fermentation techniques.
Age: The candidates should not be more than 40 years.
5. Project Associate-I
No of posts: 03 Posts
Scale of Pay: Rs. 31,000/- per month.
Educational Qualification: 1st class M.Sc. in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Microbial Biotechnology/Plant Biotechnology/Life Sciences/Molecular Biology.
Experience: Knowledge/experience in culturing, characterization, and maintenance of different microorganisms including bacteria, fungi and algae, molecular biology experiments including PCR and RT-PCR, Sanger sequencing and NGS analysis.
Age: The candidates should not be more than 35 years.
6. Senior Project Associate
No of posts: 01 Post
Scale of Pay: Rs. 42,000/- per month.
Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in Chemistry/Nanotechnology/Chemical Engineering/Polymer and Petrochemical Engineering/Energy and Petroleum/Polymer Technology.
Age: The candidates should not be more than 40 years.
7. Project Associate-I
No of posts: 01 Post
Scale of Pay: Rs. 31,000/- per month.
Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry/Nanotechnology/Polymer Sciences Or M. Tech in Chemical Engineering/Energy and Petroleum Engineering/Polymer Technology.
Age: The candidates should not be more than 35 years.
8. Project Assistant
No of posts: 01 Post
Scale of Pay: Rs. 20,000/- per month.
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Agricultural Science.
Age: The candidates should not be more than 30 years.
