Details of PMAY Assam Recruitment 2024
1. IEC Specialist
No of Posts: 01 Post
Remuneration: As per the Guideline of MoHUA, Govt of India
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Post graduate degree or equivalent in Mass Communication/ Public relations/ Journalism/Social Work/ Development.
- Experience in advocacy management preferably in urban sector.
- Having Good knowledge software development & project management, database management, MIS etc.
- 5-7 years of experience in conducting knowledge management activities and development of IEC strategy.
- Knowledge and experience of government systems and procedures would be desirable.
Age Limit: 29-45 Years
2. Project Associate Municipal Finance Expert
No of Posts: 01 Post
Remuneration: Rs 25,000/- per month
Requisite Qualification:
- Post Graduate/ Graduate degree in Commerce, BBA/ MBA in Finance or related subjects.
- 3-5 years of experience of working Expert in Mission Mode Program or equivalent.
- Prepare Financial Operating Plans for the city in line with Mission guidelines.
- Provide technical support to the ULBs/city level bodies to implement the financial plan.
- Provide technical guidance to State to prepare policy guidance and notes on municipal finance.
- Fluency in local language essential.
Age Limit: 27-45 Years
3. Project Associate Social Development Specialist
No of Posts: 01 Post
Remuneration: Rs 25,000/- per month
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Post Graduate/ Graduate degree in Social Science, BSW/ MSW, Rural Development or related subjects
- 3-5 years of experience of working n Mission Mode Program or equivalent.
- Work experience in social and community development is mandatory
- Experience of working in the development areas, preferably with urban community and slums.
- Knowledge and experience in participatory planning and community mobilization.
- Fluency in local language essential.
Age Limit: 27-45 Years
4. Project Associate MIS
No of Posts: 01 Post
Remuneration: Rs 25,000/- per month
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Post Graduate/ Graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Application / Information Technology or related subjects.
- 3-5 years of experience of working in Mission Mode Program or equivalent.
- Exposure to software development & project management, database management, MIS etc.
- Prior experience in related field will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in PFMS will be an added advantage.
- Fluency in local language essential.

Interested and Eligible applicant are invited to attend the “Walk in Interview” at Office of the State Mission Directorate, PMAY-HFA (Urban), 2nd Floor, Municipal Administration Department, Dispur, Guwahati-06 to be held on 28.02.2024 from 10:30 AM.
The candidate should bring a CV and a passport size photograph with photocopy of all the certificates, mark sheets, experience certificates etc. along with the original documents for verification.
