Assam State Rural Livelihood Mission(ASRLM) for enhancing the social and economic empowerment of the rural poor of Assam under the department of Panchayat and Rural Development of Assam has published a recruitment notification regarding recruitment of 734 Project Manage, Project Executive, Project Assistant, District Project Manager, District Functional Expert, Block Project Manage, District Accounts Manager, Chief Operating Officer, District MIS Manager, Block Coordinator, Block Accountant, Block MIS Executive and Young Professional Posts. The recruitment process is for Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana – National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRIM), Deendayal Upadhyaya – Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) and National Rural Economic Transformation Project (NRETP). For Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana – National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRIM)
1. Project Manager (Social Development, Knowledge Management & Communication)
No of Posts: 01
Salary: Rs. 49,000/- per month
Qualification: Post-Graduate degree
Required Experience: 5+ years post qualification experience in social/ community development sector out of which 1 year should be in Knowledge Management & Communication.
2. Project Manager (Non Farm Livelihoods)
No of Posts: 01
Salary: Rs. 49,000/- per month
Qualification: Post-Graduate degree
Required Experience: 5+ years post qualification relevant experience in social/community development sector, out of which at least I year should be in Non-Farm Livelihoods.
3. Project Manager (HR)
No of Posts: 01
Salary: Rs. 49,000/- per month
Qualification: Post-Graduate degree
Required Experience: 5+ years post qualification experience in Social/ Community development sector out of which at least 1 year should be in HR management. OR 5+ years post qualification experience in HR management.
4. Project Executive (Management Information System)
No of Posts: 01
Salary: Rs. 42,000/- per month
Qualification: MCA/ MSc-lT or BE- Computer Science/ B. Tech Computer Science
Required Experience: 3+ years post qualification experience in MIS related works in Govt./Private sector. Candidates with experience in documentation, reporting, data analysis and online monitoring activities in Social/ Community Development projects, working knowledge of data management software will be given preference.
5. Project Executive (Monitoring & Evaluation)
No of Posts: 01
Salary: Rs. 42,000/- per month
Qualification: MCA/ MSc-lT or BE- Computer Science/ B. Tech Computer Science
Required Experience: 3+ years post qualification experience in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) related works in Govt. / Private sector. Candidates with experience in documentation. reporting. data analysis and online monitoring activities in Social/ Community Development projects, working knowledge of data management software will be given preference.
6. Project Assistant (Livelihoods & Marketing)
No of Posts: 01
Salary: Rs. 35,000/- per month
Qualification: Post Graduate Degree.
Required Experience: 2+ years post qualification experience in relevant domain.
7. District Project Manager
No of Posts: 03
Salary: Rs. 42,000/- per month
Qualification: Post Graduate Degree.
Required Experience: 3+ years post qualification experience in social/ community development sector, out of which at least 1 year should be in relevant domain like Social Mobilisation. Institution Building & Capacity Building, Financial Inclusion, Livelihoods & Marketing, Skills & Placement etc.
8. District Functional Expert (Livelihoods & Marketing)

Salary: Rs. 35,000/- per month
Qualification: Post Graduate Degree.

14. District MIS Manager

Qualification: MCA/ MSc-lT or BE- Computer Science/ B. TechComputer Science
Required Experience: 2+ years post qualification experience in MIS related works in Govt./ Private sector. For Deendayal Upadhyaya – Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY)
1. Chief Operating Officer (Skills)

Salary: Rs. 84,000/- per month
Qualification: Post-Graduate Degree.
Required Experience: 10 + years post qualification relevant experience in social/ community development sector, out of which at least 3 years should be on Skill development and placement projects of considerable size and scale.
2. State Project Manager (PIA Coordination & Development)
No of Posts: 01
Salary: Rs. 63,000/- per month
Qualification: Post-Graduate Degree.
Required Experience: 7+ years post qualification relevant experience in social /community development sector, out of which at least 2 years should be on Skill development and placement projects of considerable size and scale.
3. State Project Manager (Coordination with State Skill Mission and other State Skilling Initiatives)

Qualification: Post-Graduate Degree.

1. Project Manager (Livelihoods Training & Capacity Building)

Salary: Rs. 49,000/- per month
Qualification: Post-Graduate degree in Agriculture/ Agri business management/ Rural Management/ Rural Marketing/ Social Sciences
Required Experience: Minimum 5 years Post qualification Experience in a large size livelihood development project or in reputed industry at middle management level, responsible for development of training materials, manuals for Staff, community resource persons and community for livelihoods activities, of which minimum 3 years should be in development and implementation of training and capacity building programs.
2. Project Executive – Model Cluster Level Federations (CLF)
No of Posts: 01
Salary: Rs. 42,000/- per month
Qualification: Post-Graduate degree.
Required Experience: 3+ years post qualification experience in Social/ Community development sector out of which at least 1 year should be on domain like Institution Building of Community Federations, Capacity Building, Social Development etc.
3. Young Professional (State)

Salary: Rs. 25,000/- per month
Qualification: Post-Graduate degree in Rural Development Management Master in Social work
Required Experience: 0-2 years post qualification experience.
