The Pre Matric scholarship 2022 is for Scheduled Castes Students studying from Class I to VIII for the year 2022-23. The last date for submission of application for Pre-Matric Scholarship from Class I to VIII is hereby extended up to 30-10-2022. All the eligible SC students may submit application for Pre-Matric Scholarship in offline mode up to 30-10-2022 to their respective Educational Institutions for the year 2022-23

• Student should belongs to Scheduled Castes Category.
• The Annual income of Parents/Guardians should not exceed Rs. 1.00 lakh per annum from all sources

How to Apply for Pre Metric Scholarship 2022

Applications are invited for Pre-Matric Scholarship to Scheduled Casts students studying from class I to VIII from Education Institutions of Assam for the year 2022-23. The Scholarship application forms can be obtained by the respective Educational Institutes from the concerned Sub-Divisional Welfare offices free of cost.

The student shall submit the application forms along with self attested photocopies of front page of their Bank Pass Book, Caste Certificate , Annual Income Certificate to the Head of Institution. The Head of Institution must prepare a details list of the students in prescribed format and send it to the Concerned Sub-Divisional Welfare Officer, along with the application forms with relevant documents

The Sub-Divisional Welfare Officer will scrutinize the filled in application forms and examine Castes Certificate , Annual income certificate & Bank details. After scrutinizing all the details, the Sub-Divisional Welfare Officer will prepare a list of students including Bank details and send it along with statements (Hard & Soft Copies in words) of the Institutions to the undersigned by 30.10.2022 30th Aug, 2022.
