1. Senior Research Fellow (SRF)

No of posts: 5

Emoluments: Rs. 35,000.00 + HRA (10%) = Rs. 38,500.00

Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry/ Environmental Science/ Life Sciences/Biotechnology with NET/GATE Educational Qualification and Two (2) years analytical experience or M.Tech in Engineering with GATE Educational Qualification with 1 year experience

2. Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

No of posts: 10

Emoluments: Rs. 28,000.00 + HRA (10%) = Rs. 30,800.00

Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry/ Environmental Science/ Life Sciences/ Biotechnology with NET/GATE Educational Qualification or Engineering in any discipline with GATE qualification. Age Limit: Age not exceeding 32 years for Senior Research Fellows (SRFs) and 28 years for Junior Research Fellows (JRFs) as on the date of interview. The age criteria may be relaxed on special cases if arises.

Intending and eligible candidates should submit duly filled application as per prescribed format on or before 24th March, 2022 at Pollution Control Board, Assam, Bamunimaidam, Guwahati-21, Assam by Post/ Drop Box (provided) in between 9.30 AM to 5.00 PM. The sealed envelope containing the application shall be superscribed with capital letters on the top with “Application for the post of………”.
