Applications are invited for recruitment of a contractual position of Project Assistant under a Department of Science & Technology (DST), Govt. of India (GoI), sponsored project entitled “Development of Hybrid Electroactive Biomaterials for Peripheral Nerve Regeneration” at Life Sciences Division, Institute of Advanced Study in Science and Technology (IASST), Guwahati. Name of the Post: Project Assistant

No of Post: 01

Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 20,000/- + HRA (As per DST OM no. SR/S9/Z- 05/2019 dated 10 July, 2020)

Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. in Biological Sciences/Nanoscience & Technology with 55% marks

Desirable: Candidates should have interest in performing interdisciplinary research. Candidates having hands on experience in material synthesis and cell culture will be preferred.

Age Limit: Upper age limit maximum 28 years at the time of application. Relaxation as per GoI rules.
