Stay Order On Assam Irrigation written exam Results 2020 for Section Assistant Posts by Gauhati High Court
This is to inform all the aspirants who have appeared in the written examination of Section Assistant posts under Irrigation Department, Assam that as per local media report, The hon’ble Gauhati High Court today i.e., 19th February 2020 put a stay order on the written exam result of the examination held on February 1 and February 2, 2020.
The Irrigation Department has given the contract to a company named Aptach to hold the written exam . The company Aptech, was earlier blacklisted by the Allahabad High Court. A case was registered against this irregularity.
Now without prior permission from the Gauhati High Court , the Irrigation Department can not declare the result of the written examination of recruitment of Section Assistant posts.
