Cotton University Recruitment Details
1. Placement Officer
Number of Post: 01 Post
Scale of Pay: Rs. 30,000/-(Fixed) per month.
Mode of appointment: The appointment shall be purely on contractual basis initially for a period of one year; extendable on the basis of performance of the incumbent.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Possessing BBA-HR from reputed Institution.
- Exposure to corporate world in Human Resources.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience (desirable) in the relevant field/similar academic Institutions and preference will be given to candidates proficient in liaisons with various industries for placement.
- Experience in Assam is desirable.
Required Qualities: The applicant should possess, Excellent communication skill (oral & written) and interpersonal skills. Ability to create and build reciprocal relations with plastic and allied industries/manufacturing industries, PSUs, MNCs and other organizations. Ability to facilitate industry/institute interactions. Positive attitude, proactive and optimistic nature, ability to work and keep calm under pressure.
Age: Candidate below 65 years may apply; preference will be given to retired persons with experience in the above discipline on 01.01.2023
