All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Guwahati has published a recruitment notification regarding recruitment of 12 Posts of UDC, DEO, Store Keeper, Cashier, Accounts Assistant, Junior Admin Officer, Junior Accounts Officer, and Assistant
Stores Officer. Applications are invited for recruitment of following manpower purely on outsource basis for deployment in the office of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Guwahati. AIIMS Guwahati Recruitment Details:
1. Upper Division Clerk
No. of Post: 02
Monthly Remuneration: Rs.19,308/-
Essential Qualification & Experience:
- Degree from a recognized University or equivalent
- Proficiency in Computers
- A Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English on a Computer (35 w.p.m. corresponding to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word.)
Age Limit: Between 18-40 years
2. Data Entry Operator
No. of Post: 01
Monthly Remuneration: Rs.17,752/-
Essential Qualification & Experience:
- Degree from a recognized University/ Institution
- Should possess a speed of not less than 8000 keys Depressions per hour for Data Entry Work.
- Proficiency in MS Office as per “Note” below
- Experience of data entry with Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Institutions or Pvt. entities etc.
- Note: The speed of 8000 Key Depressions per hour for Data Entry Work is to be judged by conducting a speed test on the EDP Machine (s) by the Competent Authority.

3. Store Keeper
No. of Post: 02
Monthly Remuneration: Rs.17,752/-
Essential Qualification & Experience:
- Degree from a recognized University/ Institution
- At least 2 years of working experience Govt. Org/ Autonomous Bodies /Pvt. entities etc.
- Desirable: P.G Degree/ Diploma in material management from recognized University / Institution
Age Limit: Between 18-40 years
4. Cashier
No. of Post: 01
Monthly Remuneration: Rs.17,752/-
Essential Qualification & Experience:
- Degree in Commerce of recognized University or equivalent and
- At least 2 years’ experience of handling accounts work of a Government Private/Autonomous Bodies.
- Having proficiency in Tally
Age Limit: Between 18-40 years
5. Accounts Assistant
No. of Post: 01
Monthly Remuneration: Rs.17,752/-
Essential Qualification & Experience:
- Degree in Commerce of recognized University or equivalent and
- At least 2 years’ experience of handling accounts work of a Government Private/Autonomous Bodies.
- Having proficiency in Tally
Age Limit: Between 18-40 years
6. Junior Admin Officer
No. of Post: 02
Monthly Remuneration: Rs.33,481/-
Essential Qualification & Experience:
- Degree from a recognized University/ Institution in any discipline with 3 (three) years working experience in office administration preferably in Government Organization/Autonomous Bodies.
Age Limit: Between 21-45 years
7. Junior Accounts Officer
No. of Post: 01
Monthly Remuneration: Rs.33,481/-
Essential Qualification & Experience:
- Degree in Commerce with CA Inter, possessing 3 (three) years’ experience of handling accounts work out of which two years in Government Organization/Autonomous Bodies.
Age Limit: Between 21-45 years
8. Assistant Stores Officer
No. of Post: 02
Monthly Remuneration: Rs.33,481/-
Essential Qualification & Experience:
- Degree from recognized University/Institution
- PG Degree/Diploma Material Management from a recognized University OR Degree in Material Management from a recognized University /Institution and 3 years’ experience in store handling (preferably medical stores)

Before applying for registration candidates are advised to have their Photo, Signature, Birth Certificate/10th Certificate, Caste Certificate scanned images for upload the file size should be not more than 100kb. If you want to apply for more than one post against the same advertisement, you need to register once only. The fee chargeable will vary according to the number of posts applied for.
