Mission Bhumiputra – The Mission Bhumiputra portal has been developed by the Assam Assam Electronics Development Corporation Ltd.(AMTRON). The Bhumiputra Portal is developed to ease the issuance of cast certificates to the Scheduled Cast(SC), Scheduled Tribe(ST) and Other Backward Classes(OBC) communities of Assam. The Bhumiputra Portal has launched by the Honorable Chief Minister of Assam Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma on 1st August, 2022. The main aim of Mission Bhumiputra Portal is to speedy disposal of Cast Certificate Applications.

Mission Bhumiputra Cast Certificate Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant should belongs to the Scheduled Cast(SC), Scheduled Tribe(ST) and Other Backward Classes(OBC) communities of Assam.
• The applicant must be a permanent resident of Assam. He/she may required a PRC certification to proof his/her residency.

3. Enter your Username and Password 
4. Insert the necessary details of applicant

7. After a successful submission take a printout of the acknowledgement receipt
