Eligibility to get Admission in Gauhati University PG Courses
For MA and MSc Courses
To get admission in Master of Arts (MA) and Master of Science (MSc), a student must possess any one of the qualifications listed below.
- BA / BSc in the 10+2+3 pattern with Major/ Honours in the concerned subject.
- BCom in the 10+2+3 pattern with at least 45% marks (or equivalent CGPA) in aggregate in the General Course.
For MCom Course
To get admission in Master of Commerce (MCom), a student must possess any one of the qualifications listed below.
- BCom in the 10+2+3 pattern with Major course.
- BA/ BSc in the 10+2+3 pattern with General/ Pass Course subjects with at least 45% marks (or equivalent CGPA) in the concerned subject.
