1. Assistant-I (Marketing & Sales)

No of Posts: 01

Remuneration: The remuneration of the Assistant-I (Marketing & Sales) will be approximately Rs. 3.15 lakhs per year depending upon experience, qualification and pay package of last assignment.

Required Eligibility: 

• Educational Qualification: Graduate from a recognized institute/University.
• Working Experience: 1 to 3 years in Sales & Marketing Preferably from FMCG/ Food product industry
• Computer Skills: Must have experience of using Internet based applications, using and working with MS Word, MS Excel and other related applications.
• Language: Fluency in Assamese, English and Hindi
• Age: Age of the candidate should not be above 31 years as on 1st January 2022. However, age relaxation up to 2 years may be given in case of extraordinary/ outstanding candidates.

2. Assistant-I (F&A)

No of Posts: 01

Remuneration: The remuneration of Assistant-I (F&A) will be around Rs. 3.15 lakhs per year, depending upon experience, qualification and pay package of last assignment.

Required Eligibility: 

• Educational Qualification: B. Com from a recognized institute/University
• Working experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Finance and Accounts in a reputed organization, preferably in Dairy / FMCG Sector
• Computer Skills: Must have experience of using Tally, Internet based applications, using and working with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point and other related applications.
• Language: Fluency in Assamese, Hindi and English.
• Age: Age of the candidate should not be more than 31 years as on 1st January, 2022. However, relaxation upto 2 years may be given in case of extraordinary/ outstanding candidates.

3. Assistant-I (Purchase)

No of Posts: 01

Remuneration: The remuneration of the Assistant -I (Purchase) will be approximately Rs. 3.15 lakhs per year depending upon experience, qualification and pay package of last assignment.

Required Eligibility: 

• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institute/University. Commerce graduates will be preferred.
• Working Experience: 1 to 2 years in managing Admin & Purchase related works.
• Computer Skills: Must have experience of using Internet based applications, using and working with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point and other related applications.
• Language: Fluency in Assamese, English and Hindi
• Age: Age of the candidate should not be above 31 years as on 1st January, 2022. However, Age relaxation up to 2 years may be given in case of extraordinary/ outstanding candidates.

4. Veterinary Executive

No of Posts: 02

Remuneration: The remuneration of the Veterinary Executive will be approximately Rs. 6.8 lakhs per year depending upon experience, qualification and pay package of last assignment.

Required Eligibility: 

• Educational Qualification: B.V.Sc. /M.V.Sc. from a recognized institute/University.
• Working Experience: B.V.Sc. candidate must have minimum 2 (Two) years’ experience in large animal veterinary practice/ M.V.Sc. candidate in Non- Clinical subjects must have minimum 1(one) year experience in large animal veterinary practice / Fresher M.V.Sc. candidates in Clinical subjects preferably Animal Gynaecology and Obstetrics are also eligible to apply for the post of Veterinary Executive.

• Language: Fluency in Assamese, English and Hindi.

5. Assistant-I(P&I) for Milk Procurement Field Supervision

No of Posts: 06

Remuneration: The remuneration of the Assistant-I (P&I) for Milk Procurement Field Supervision will be around Rs. 3.15 lakhs per year, depending upon experience, qualification and pay package of last assignment

Required Eligibility: 

• Essential:
  • Educational Qualification: Any Graduate from a recognized institute/University.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in development sector. Experience in village-based extension activities will be an added advantage.
  • Computer Skills: Must have basic knowledge of using Internet based applications.
  • Language: Working knowledge in Assamese, Bengali and Hindi (Any two).
  • Age: Age of the candidate should not be more than 31 years as on 1st January, 2022. However, Age relaxation upto 2 years may be given in case of extraordinary/ outstanding candidates.
• Desirable:
  • Should have the ability to work effectively in rural areas;
  • Should be self -motivated and with a passion to serve the people.
  • Should be able to comprehend and communicate the organizations policies and program.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in teams.

Remuneration: The remuneration of the Assistant-I (P&I) for Milk Procurement Field Supervision will be around Rs. 3.15 lakhs per year, depending upon experience, qualification and pay package of last assignment

Required Eligibility: 

• Essential:
  • Educational Qualification: PGDM– Rural Management/ PGD– Development Management/ MBA (Rural Management)/ MSW/B.V.Sc/M.V.Sc from a recognized institute/University.
  • Working experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience preferably in livelihood sector with an NGO/ Village based Institution. Experience in village-based extension activities will be an added advantage.
  • Computer Skills: Must have experience of using Internet based applications, using and working with advanced word processing/spreadsheet including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point and other related applications.
  • Language: Fluency in Assamese, Hindi and English.
  • Age: Age of the candidate should not be more than 33 years as on 1st January, 2022. However, relaxation upto 2 years may be given in case of extraordinary/ outstanding candidates.
• Desirable:
  • Experience of providing capacity building for village-based institution and dairy farmers. Should be a good motivator with exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams as well as independently;
  • Should have experience of working in rural environment.
  • Ability to travel extensively.
