Foreigners Tribunal Goalpara, Assam has published a Recruitment notification 07 contractual positions. A walk-in-interview will be held as Govt. letter No. PLB.60/2020/310 dated 24.12.2021 at the premises of Foreigners’ Tribunal 4th Goalpara, Assam for the post of Data Entry Operator and Copyist posts. The intending candidates having the following required qualifications may appear before the Selection Committee, with all required testimonials in original on the day of interview.

Post Details of Foreigners Tribunal Assam Recruitment

For Foreigners Tribunal (4) Goalpara:

1. Data Entry Operator

No. of Vacancy: 01

Fixed Pay (Per Month): Rs. 10,000/-

Minimum Qualification:

HS Passed from a recognized Board/Council
Must possess minimum 6(six) months Computer Diploma having knowledge of DTP and ability to type large quantities of number and English text accurately

Age: Minimum age is 18 years for all candidates and maximum age is 40 years for unreserved category, 43 years for OBC/MOBC and 45 years for SC/ST(P)/ST(H) and 50 years for persons with disabilty (PwD) as on 1st January, 2022 as per Government Office memorandum vide No. ABP 6/2016/51, dated 02.09.2022. This relaxation shall be applicable only to those candidates who have attained the necessary educational or other qualifications prior to crossing of their existing upper age limit of 40 years.

Required testimonials (in original) at the time of Walk in interview:-

HSLC Admit Card or Birth Certificate as proof of date of birth.
Caste Certificate as proof of caste.
Disability Certificate as proof of physically handicapped.
Class XII pass mark sheet and certificate.
Certificate of diploma in computer application minimum of Six (6) months.
Valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
An updated CV mentioning valid contact number and email ID alongwith three (3) recent passport size coloured photograph with blue background, full signature on backside of photos, two sets of documents as Xerox copy and a handwritten self declaration (as given under) in A4 size paper shall be annexed with the application on that day. “I hereby declare that the particulars submitted herein are true and correct, i understand that in the event of particulars of information given herein found false or incorrect, my candidature for the recruitment is liable to be rejected or cancelled. in the event of my misstatement / discrepancy in the particulars if detected after my appointment, my service shall be terminated without any notice to me.”

Minimum Qualification:

HS Passed from a recognized Board/Council
Must possess minimum 6 (Six) months computer Diploma

Date and Time of Walk in Interview: 13.3.2022 from 09.30 a.m.

Venue: Foreigners Tribunal No. 1 Old DC Campus

Detail Criteria:

A candidate can apply for any one post only, not following this criterion will lead to cancellation of candidature forthwith.

The candidates must have good command over English and Official language of Assam. 6. The appointment shall be purely contractual basis with no provision of regularization.

Local (within the District), experienced and persons having knowledge in Internet Possessing will be given preference.
No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates for appearing in the interview.
The candidates for the the above mentioned posts will be selected on the basis of “Walk-in-interview” which includes Computer Proficiency test.”

Minimum Qualification:

HS or equivalent examination from a recognized Board, Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) from recognized institute.

Date and Time of Walk in Interview: 15.3.2022 from 10.00 a.m.

Venue: Office of the Foreigners’ Tribunal No. 7th, Goalpara Old CJM Building, Kachari Road, Goalpara-783101

Terms and conditions:

The candidates should bring his/her Bio-Data in Standard Form of Application published in the Assam Gazette Part-IX along with original certificates/documents relating to Educational qualification certificates such as Mark sheets, Pass certificates, experience, age proof certificates, caste certificate, identity proof and valid Employment Exchange Registration alongwith two passport size colour photographs and a set of self attested copies of the documents/testimonials and also a handwritten self declaration (as given below) in A4 size paper shall be annexed with the application. “I hereby declare that the particulars submitted here in are true and correct. I understand that in the event of particulars or information’s given herein found false or incorrect, my candidature for the requirement is liable to rejected or cancelled. In the event of my misstatement/discrepancy in the particulars if detected after my appointment, my service shall be terminated without any notice to me.”
The candidates may report the undersigned by 10 O’clock on the date of interview. Candidates coming after 1.00 PM may not be considered for appearing interview.
The recruitment will be purely on contractual basis with no provision of regularization. The employee shall have no claim to continue in service in case the Tribunal is abolished.

Minimum Qualification:

Minimum class XII passed with 6 (six) months Operator Diploma in Computer Application from recognized institute. Candidate should have proper knowledge of Computer operations and typing skill in English and official Language of Assam.

2. Copyist

Minimum Qualification: Minimum class XII passed with 6 (six) months Diploma in Computer Application from registered institution candidate should have proper knowledge of English and official Language of Assam.
