District & Sessions Judge Dhubri invites applications from interested candidates for 03 posts of Office Peon. Application has to be filled in Standard Form as prescribed in Assam Gazette of Part-IX for filling up the Grade-IV posts in the establishment of the District & Sessions Judge Dhubri. Among the 03 posts 02 posts are permanent and 01 post is contractual under newly created POCSO Court.

Post Details of District & Sessions Judge Dhubri Recruitment

For permanent positions:

1.  Office Peon

No. of posts: 2 (two)

Scale of Pay: PB : Rs. 12,000/- to 52,000/- + Grade Pay Rs. 3,900/- and other allowances as admissible.

Eligibility Criteria:

• The candidates should at least attain 18 years and not more than 44 years of age as on 01.01.2022.
• The relaxation in the upper age limit of the reserved categories shall be given as per existing Govt. Rules.
• Candidates must possess the minimum education qualification of Class-VIII standard and not more than HSLC passed.

For contractual position:

2.  Peon

No. of posts: 1 (one)

Scale of Pay: Fixed pay of Rs. 15,000/- per month

Eligibility Criteria:

• The candidates should at least attain 18 years and not more than 44 years of age as on 01.01.2022.
• The relaxation in the upper age limit of the reserved categories shall be given as per existing Govt. Rules.
• Candidates must possess the minimum education qualification of Class-VIII standard and not more than HSLC passed.

• Intending candidates fulfilling the requisite criterion should submit their duly filled up application form along with self-attested copies of testimonials, Certificate(s) claiming under reserved category from the appropriate authority, three self-attested recent passport size photographs and one self-addressed envelope duly postage stamped of Rs. 5/- should reach the office of the District & Sessions Judge Dhubri on or before 28.02.2022 during office hours.
• The envelope containing the application should mention the name of the post, super-scribed in RED ink on the top.
• Candidates already in Govt. service shall submit their application through proper channel
• Candidates shall have to appear for the interview/Viva-voce for selection at their own expenses. Details of the interview/viva-voce shall be notified in due course and will be uploaded in the website www.dhubrijudiciary.gov.in.
