DME Assam D Pharm Admission 2021 to the Medical Colleges of Assam for the session, 2020

Directorate of Medical Education Assam had published the list of eligible candidates after the online counseling who can take admission in the D Pharm Course under DME, Assam. The list of candidates as available in the category wise and college wise list, who appeared in the 1st Online Counseling held on 10th & 11th June, 2021 and were selected by the Selection Board are hereby allowed for provisional admission into the 1st year D. Pharm course in the Three Institute of Pharmacy attached to the Medical Colleges of Assam for the session, 2020.

Important Points D Pharm Admission 2021

The candidates are hereby directed to report for admission to the Principal of the respective Medical Colleges of Assam along with all their original testimonials, Admit Card of CEE, 2020, with the following conditions on 1st and 2nd July, 2021 failing of which his/her all selection/ admission process will be cancelled.

• Candidates are to deposit the original Admit Cards, Marks Sheets, Pass Certificates of HSLC and HSSLC or Equivalent examination, Caste certificate, EWS certificate etc. to the respective Principals of the Medical Colleges of Assam at the time of admission.
• The admission of the candidates are subject to the satisfactory Medical fitness certificate issued by the Medical Board constituted by the respective Principal of the Medical Colleges of

D Pharm Admission 2021

1. Selected candidates are requested to maintain proper social distancing and other COVID protocol as set by the Government of Assam at the time of admission.
2. For inter-district travel, candidates are directed to download and take print out of the select list from the website of this office and carry it along with a Photo ID card. The select list and the Photo ID card will be consider as travel pass for the inter-district travel.
