TERMS AND CONDITION:
- Candidates must be Indian citizen as defined in Article 5 to 8of the Constitution of India.
- The Candidate must have registered their name in the Employment Exchange and the registration No. and date must be mentioned in their application.
- Candidate must not less than 18 years and more than 43 years as on 01-01-2020. Age relaxation is applicable by 05 years for SC. ST(P), ST(H) candidates as per rules.
- Candidate for the post of Supervising Asstt./ Computer Operator/ Typist cum Computer Operator will have to appear in a written examination of 80 marks for 2:00 hours and computer test/type test for 20 marks. The date of written examination will be mentioned in the calling letter to be issued to the candidate.
- Candidate for the post of Driver will have to appear in a written examination of 80 marks for 2:00 hours and practical driving test/skill test for 20 marks. The date of written examination will be mentioned in the calling letter to be issued to the candidate.
- Candidate for the post of Grade-IV posts will have to appear in a written examination of 100 marks for 2:00 hours. The date of written examination will be mentioned in the calling letter to be issued to the candidate.
- Candidate already in service should apply through proper channel.
- The Candidates may submit the application in the Standard Form published in the Assam Gazette. The envelope containing the application should be supper scribed “Application for the post of Office Supervising Asstt./ Computer Operator/ Typist cum Computer Operator/ Driver! Grade-IV (Office Peon)/ Grdae-IV (Chowkidar/Night Watchman)” along with 3 (three) copies of recent Passport size photographs duly signed and dated by the candidates on the reverse side of those, one of which should be pasted on the application. The name of post should be clearly mentioned on the envelope.
- A self addressed envelope of (25 cm X 11 cm) affixing unused postal stamp of Rs.10/- (Rupees ten only) submitted along with the application.
- The application should be addressed to the Director of AYUSH, Assam, Banphool Nagar Path, Near Housefed, Dispur, Guwahati-781006 on or before 06/02/2020.
- The candidates should submit self attested copies of all candidates as mentioned below:
- Education Qualification.
- Age Proof Certificate.
- Experienced certificate.
- Certificate issued by Competent Authorities prescribed by the Govt, regarding their status SC/ST (P)/ST(H)/O BC/MOBC
- Certificate of Valid Employment Registration Card.
- Valid Driving License (LMV) (application to Driver post only).
- The appointee will be guided by Govt. New Pension Rules.
- Canvassing directly or indirectly shall disqualify a candidate.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the interview/lest.
- Incomplete applications shall summarily be rejected.
- Application receipt after the schedule date fixed will not be entertained.
