In pursuance of the Govt. letter No. GAG(B)164/2014/91 Dated 27.08.2018 applications are invited in the Standard Form of Application in Part IX of the Assam Gazette from intending candidates, who are the citizen’s of India as defined in Article 5 & 8 of the Constitution of India for filling up 1 (one) vacant sanctioned post of Grade-III which is lying vacant in the amalgamated establishment of Deputy Commissioner, Dhubri. The details are as shown below

Deputy Commissioner Dhubri Recruitment 2019 Of Grade-III (Junior Assistant) post

Eligibility, Requisites, Procedure, Terms and Conditions etc :-
1. There shall be no application fee for the aforesaid posts as per Govt. of Assam. Finance (Estt-A) Department, Dispur, Guwahati-06 vide Notification No. FEG 32/2016/12 Dated 21.05.2018.
2. The Applicant must not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 44 years of age as on 01.01.2019. Upper age limits relaxable by 3(three) years for OBC/MOBC and 5(five) years for SC/ST candidates as per existing Govt. norms. Age will be determined on the basis of Admit Card /Certificate of H.S.L.C. examination.
3. Candidates applying for the above post must possess the prescribed minimum qualification mentioned above.
4. The application should be submitted in the Standard Form as published in the Assam Gazette in Part-IX in a sealed envelope addressed to the Deputy Commissioner Dhubri and should be submitted in the DDMA Office marked as Dak Bunglow, Dhubri. Application should be submitted either by hand at Dak Bunglow, Dhubri or through post..
5 The filled up Application must be duly signed by the candidates.
6. The last date of submission of application to the Undersigned is upto 5.00 P.M. of 26.12.2019. Applications are to be submitted to the undersigned on or before the last date of submission of application incomplete applications and-applications received after last date through postal service will not be considered,




7. Candidates-already in Govt. Service will have to apply through proper channel.
8. The Envelope containing the Application should be clearly marked as “Application for the Post of Junior Assistant” and addressed as To The Deputy Commissioner, Dhubri, (DDMA Office marked as Dak Bunglow, Dhubri)
9. The applicants must submit the following documents/ testimonials along with Standard Application Form.
a) Self-attested copies of Certificates/Mark Sheets in support of educational qualification and other required qualifications. Computer Certificate, Age Proof Certificate, Caste Certificate (if applicable.)
b) 3 (three) copies of self-attested recent Coloured Passport size photograph (one of which should be pasted on the Application Form).
c) Self-addressed envelope affixing postage stamp of Rs. 5/- (Size- 25cm X 12cm),
10. The applicants for the post of Junior Assistant, whose applications are found in order will be called for Objective Type Written Test Examination and Computer Proficiency (Practical) test comprising of the following subjects :-

11. All applicants are requested to visit the Dhubri District Administration website www.dhubri.gov.in for viewing the list of selected and rejected list of applicants and also for the date and venue of written test.
12. No TA/DA will be borne by the Govt. at the time of Written Test/ Computer Test.
13. Appointment shall be made only after police verification and Medical Examination as per procedure.
14. A selection committee will be constituted to select the aforesaid posts. The Committee has right to-accept/reject the candidature after proper scrutiny of documents /testimonials etc. with regards to the modalities of selection. The decision of the selection committee shall be final and binding.
15. The selected candidates will have to submit an undertaking to appointing Authority that he/ she will abide by the New Pension Scheme of the Government issued vide Finance Department letter No. DW 3/03/Part–l/1 dated 25.01.2005.
16. Any postal delay in the process of this matter shall not be a matter of responsibility of the undersigned.
17. Canvassing directly or indirectly will be liable for disqualification.
