Deputy Commissioner’s Office Golaghat Recruitment 2019 Of Field Officer Post

Application in standard form are invited at the Disaster Management Branch of the Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Golaghat from 10AM to 4 PM (on working days) from intending candidates for the post of Field Officer on contract basis for Disaster Management to be posted at Revenue Circle Office. The last date of receipt of application is 12.07.2019 upto 4.00 PM at the Disaster Management Branch of the Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Golaghat. No applications will be received after 4.00 PM. The name of the shortlisted candidates will be displayed on 22.07.2019 in the Notice Board of the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Golaghat and also available in the district website: www.golaghat.gov.in.

The shortlisted candidates will have to appear for an interview on 30.07.2019 from 11.00 AM onwards at the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Golaghat. The candidates must bring their original testimonials and also set of photocopy of the testimonials (self-attested) and two photographs (passport size) while coming for the interview. No TA/DA will be borne by the Authority.

Criteria for the Post of Field Officer:

Essential Qualification:-

(I) Bachelor’s Degree in Science or with Statistics, Geography, Environmental Science or Geology as a
subject, or diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a Recognized University/Institution.

• The candidate should not be below 21 years and above 35 years as on the lst January/2019. Relaxable in case of SCIST candidates as per rule.
• Computer skills specially MS word/Excel/Power Point/Internet usage/Emails (preference will be given to candidates having done BCA or equivalent course on Computer Science.

Period of Engagement:: The engagement/contract will be valid upto 31st March 2020. which may be extended subject to Government approval for extension.

Remuneration: Rs. 20.000 /- (Twenty thousand) per month (Fixed).

Duties and Responsibilities: To assist the District Disaster Management Authority & Circle Officers in various Disaster Management activities and to perform any other duties & responsibilities assigned to him/her by ASDMA from time to time.
