i) Name of the Post: Addl. Consultant (Civil Works)

Number of Posts: 1

Salary: Negotiable & incremental

Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor Degree/Master Degree in Civil works with minimum 10 years of work experience. Candidates having working experience in construction of Health facilities will be given preference. Government experience is preferred.

ii) Name of the Post: Addl. Consultant (Maternal Health)

Number of Posts: 1

Salary: Rs. 65,000/-

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynecology from a Govt. recognized Medical College.
• Computer Proficiency : MS Office
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skill.
• Demonstration ability to work in a multi disciplinary team environment.
• Experience in and ability to plan implement and evaluate large health/ social sector programmes will be main criteria.
• Minimum 5 years experience in relevant field.

iii) Name of the Post: Consultant (Family Planning)

Salary: Rs. 65,000/-

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynecology/ Community Medicine from a Govt. recognized Medical College.
• 5 years post qualification work experience in public health or health administration.
• Computer proficiency –MS Office
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Assamese.

iv) Name of the Post: Consultant Diagnostics

Salary: Rs. 65,000/-

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Pathology/ Microbiology from a Govt. recognized Medical College.
• Computer Proficiency : MS Office
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skill.
• Minimum 5 years experience in relevant field.

v) Name of the Post: Sr. Training Consultant

Number of Posts: 1

Salary: Rs. 50,000/-

Eligibility Criteria:

• Essential: MBBS Degree from Govt. recognized institution.
• Desirable: MD/DNB (Gynecology & Obstetrics)/ Degree / Diploma in Public Health Management.
• Experience: Minimum 5 Years experience in teaching and training of Health Professional/
  Programme Management at NHM.
• For retired person upto the age of 62 years retired as senior faculty member in Department of O&G
  in Medical College or as senior specialist in O&G from a hospital preferably with Public Health or Health Administration background.

 

vi) Name of the Post: Consultant (Pediatric & Neonatal Services)

Salary: Rs. 50,000/-

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Pediatrics from a Govt. recognized Medical College.
• Desirable: Degree/ Diploma in Public Health Management.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in teaching and training of health professionals.

vii) Name of the Post: State Coordination Officer (Blood Cell)

Salary: Rs. 40,000/-

Eligibility Criteria:

• Master’s Degree in Management Sciences/ Health Management from Govt. recognized institute.
• Knowledge of logistics/ Statistics, Social Work and human resource.
• 4 years’ experience in Blood Services.
• Strong Communication and documentation skills in English.
• Experience in Govt. Sectors (PSU), Social Sector will be preferred

viii) Name of the Post: Addl. Consultant (HRD)

Salary: Rs. 38,000/-

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA/ PGDM in HR from a recognized university/ institution.
• Minimum 3 years of post qualification work experience in recruitment & other HR functions.
• Computer proficiency in MS-Office – Word / PowerPoint and advance excel skills.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Ability to complete multiple tasks under pressure and should be a team player.
• Knowledge of government recruitment, filling process and procedure in Human Resource management will be an advantage.
• Desirable: Knowledge of law related to human resource.

• Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Health Management or Public Health Management from Govt. recognized institute.

• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Assamese.
• Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field or health care will be preferred

x) Name of the Post: District Programme Manager

Number of Posts: 2

Salary: Rs. 30,000/-

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA/ PG Diploma in Management with a minimum of 3 (three) years of post qualification work experience in the field of community health/ medical health/ community development programmes or related fields. Persons having added qualification such as diploma/ certificate in
  Public Health/ Health Programme Management/ Hospital administration or related areas will be preferred.
• Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Assamese

xi) Name of the Post: District Coordinator (CEA)

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBBS or BDS/ BAMS/ BUMS/ Siddha/ BHMS from Govt. recognized college/ institution.
• Experience of working in National Health Programme for at least 3 years.
• Desirable :
  • Experience of developing / implementing hospital/ health care standards.
  • Experience of working in an organization for developing and operating accreditation structure in the country e.g. NABH, NABL etc.
  • Experience of handling legal issues
