Assam Agribusiness & Rural Transformation Project (APART) Recruitment – The ARIAS Society invites applications for the following three contractual positions under the World Bank financed Assam Agribusiness and Rural Transformation Project (APART). The selected candidates will be placed in the office of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Guwahati Biotech Park (GBP), Technology Complex, IIT Guwahati. Post Details of Assam Agribusiness & Rural Transformation Project (APART) Recruitment:

i) Name of the Post: Business Incubation Manager (BIM)

Number of Post: 1

Required Qualification and Experience: 

  • Qualification:The Business Incubation Manager (BIM) must possess at least a Master degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (min two years duration) in Business Administration/ Economics/ Finance/ Technology Management or a closely related field from any recognized University/Institution.
  • Experience: The Business Incubation Manager (BIM) must have at least five years of experience in managing the operations of a large business incubator/technology business incubator in the capacity of incubator manager/team leader/CEO or a similar position

Remuneration: Rs. 6.60 Lakh to Rs.19.20 Lakh/Year

 

ii) Name of the Post: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Number of Post: 1

Required Qualification and Experience: 

  • Qualification: The Business Development Manager (BDM) must possess at least a Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline from any Govt. recognized university/institution and trained in Business Administration/Agribusiness Economics / Technology Management or a closely related field from any recognized University/Institution. Candidates having advanced Degree/ Diploma in Biotechnology/Bio Control Agents/Tissue Culture may be given preference.
  • Experience: The Business Development Manager (BDM) should have at least five years of experience in managing the operations of a substantially large biotechnological production house/ business facility in the capacity of Business Head/CEO or a similar position in any public/private sector agency. Candidates having hands-on experience in production, quality control and maintenance of Biotech products and assets may be given preference

Remuneration: Rs. 6.60 Lakh to Rs.19.20 Lakh/Year

 

iii) Name of the Post: Procurement & Contract Administration Manager (PCAM)

Number of Post: 1

Required Qualification and Experience: 

  • Qualification: The Procurement & Contract Administration Manager (PCAM) must possess at least a Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline from any Govt. recognized university/institution and trained in procurement & contract management. Candidates having Degree/ Diploma in Public Procurement may be preferred.
  • Experience: The Procurement & Contract Administration Manager (PCAM) should have at least 5 years of experience in Procurement & Contract Management function in a leadership/ managerial capacity in any public/private sector agency. Candidates having hands-on experience in e-procurement system of the Government may be given preference.

Remuneration: Rs. 6.60 Lakh to Rs.19.20 Lakh/Year
