Director Skill Development Project

• Post Graduate with an experience of 15 to 20 years in handling large scale skill project
• Key skill
  • Project planning,
  • implementation coordinating project management/strategic planning,
  • leadership,
  • team work & networking skills.

Center Manager(DDU-GKY)

• Post Graduate with an experience of minimum 5 years experience in running DDU-GKY project in senior capacity and
  • With prior experience of obtaining 2^nd trance of at least 4 to 5 project and successfully closing at least one project completely

Placement Manager

• Post graduate with an experience of minimum 10 years in industrial/ corporate networking, placement, industrial relation.
• OJT etc Willingness to travel as and when required.

Placement Coordinator

• UG/PG with an experience of minimum 3 years in industrial/ corporate networking, placement, industrial relation, OJT along with maintaining placement data base and post placement tracking.
• Willingness to travel as and when required.

District Skill Coordinator

• Candidate with a minimum experience of 3 years in project management/Rural Management/ Mobilization/Reporting /Administration experience.
• The person should have proven track record of working in livelihoods poverty reduction, skill development programme at scale, rural poor communities.
• Should have good communication skills, tech savy & having command on MIS/APPS/reports/MS office, has ability to mobilize youth.
