Assam State Film (Finance & Development) Corporation Ltd. a Govt. of Assam undertaking, established under Cultural Affairs Department Govt. of Assam under Companies Act. 1956 is mandated to:



a) Finance production of Assamese Films by advancing loans, subsidies. grants etc. or by extending financial assistance in any other manner.

b) Construct, run and manage Cinema show houses, Theatre halls, Auditoria etc. on modern lines.

c) Give Awards. Subsidies and to, hold Film Festivals etc. for the improvement and encouragement of better quality films.— ASFFDC request EOls from interested practising Company Secretaries/Firms which have prior experience of working with such Corporations for empanelment as the Company Secretaries.
