CENTRAL SELECTION BOARD BTC KOKRAJHAR RECRUITMENT OF Jr ASSISTANT, Sr ASSISTANT, COMPUTER OPERATOR, STENOGRAPHER AND SUPERINTENDENT POSTS 

CENTRAL SELECTION BOARD BTC KOKRAJHAR RECRUITMENT: Applications are invited by The Central Selection Board (CSB) Bodoland Territorial Council from eligible candidates from Indian Citizen for appearing in a Walk-In- Interview /Written Test to be conducted for filling up of the following newly created posts for CSB office in the Pay Band and Grade Pay plus other allowances as admissible under the Rules of BTC from time to time. The educational qualification and other eligible criteria for the said posts and the programme of Walk-In- Interview /Written Test are as per given below.



1.Superintendent.

i) No of post : 1(One) No.

ii) Pay : Pay Band (PB-3) Rs.22, 000-87,000 and Grade Pay Rs.10, 300/-

iii) Educational qualification and other eligible criteria: The minimum educational qualification for the post of Superintendent should be graduate in any discipline. One must render not less than 10 years of service in the District and Sub-Division offices as UDA/SLA or 5 years in case of BTC Secretariat service as Sr.AA.

2.Senior Assistant.

i) No of post : 2(two) Nos.

ii) Pay : Pay Band (PB-2) Rs.14, 000-49,000 and Grade Pay Rs.8, 000/-

iii) Educational qualification and other eligible criteria: The minimum educational qualification for the post of Senior Assistant should be graduate in any discipline. One must render not less than 10 years of service in the District and Sub-Division offices as LDA/Jr.A or 5 years in case of BTC Secretariat service as Jr.AA.

3.Stenographer.

i) No of post : l(One) No.

ii) Pay Pay Band (PB-2) Rs.14, 000-49,000 and Grade Pay Rs.7, 400/-

iii) Educational qualification and other eligible criteria: The minimum educational qualification for the post of Stenographer should be graduate in any discipline. One must possess Diploma in Stenographer and passes with 80 wpm in English.

4.Computer Operator. 

i) No of post : 2(two) Nos.

ii) Pay : Pay Band (PB-2) Rs.14, 000-49,000 and Grade Pay Rs.7, 400/-

iii) Educational qualification and other eligible criteria: The minimum educational qualification for the post of Computer Operator should be graduate in any discipline. One must possess Degree/ Diploma in Computer application (DOEACC “0” Level or “A” Level).

5. Junior Assistant. i) No of post : 5(five) Nos.  ii) Pay : Pay Band (PB-2) Rs.14, 000-49,000 and Grade Pay Rs.7, 400/-

iii) Educational qualification and other eligible criteria: The minimum educational qualification for the post of Junior Assistant should be graduate in any discipline.

PROGRAMME OF WALK-IN-INTERVIEW/WRITTEN TEST : 

For the post of Superintendent, Senior Assistant, Stenographer and Computer Operator a Walk-In-Interview will be held as per the programme given below.

• 1. Name of post : Superintendent & Sr.Assistant

Date & Time & Venue : On 20-03-2018 from 10-00 AM At CSB Office, DLR Building, Kokrajhar

• 2. Name of post : Stenographer

Date & Time & Venue : On 21-03-2018 from 10-00 AM At CSB Office, DLR Building, Kokrajhar

• 3. Name of post : Computer Operator

Date & Time & Venue : On 22-03-2018 from 10-00 AM At District Computer Centre,Near Basic Training Centre, Kokrajhar

The candidates willing to apply for the post as mentioned above will have to appear fora walk-in-Interview directly at their own expenses as per the date & venue as mentioned above accordingly.

1. For the post of Junior Assistant a written test/practical test will conduct. In this connection a separate date for Written Test/Practical Test of the said posts will be declared by CSB in due course of time.
2. All eligible candidates willing to apply for the post Junior Assistant need to submit all educational qualification certificates from HSLC onwards in terms of advertisement as per at Annexure-I. In this case a  Treasury Challan need to deposit at Treasury Office, Kokrajhar for an amount of Rs.150.00 (Rupees one hundred fifty) only for General/OBC/MOBC candidates and Rs.100.00 (Rupees one hundred) only for SC/ST candidates. In case of Treasury Challan the challan must be paid in favour of the Principal Secretary, BTC, Kokrajhar payable at Kokrajhar Treasury Office only under the Head of Account-8443 Civil Deposit, Personal Deposit.

1. In case of IPO it must be paid in favour of the Member Secretary, CSB, payable at Kokrajhar Head post Office, Kokrajhar. A permanent BTAD area residential certificate belonging to the General Category Candidates and Caste Certificate belonging to the ST/ SC/OBC/MOBC candidates issued by the Revenue circle officer concerned is compulsory to proof the residence.
2.  The completed application form duly filled up by the candidate himself/herself should be submitted to the Member Secretary, Central Selection Board (CSB), BTC, Kokrajhar.
