Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent & Knowledge of Hindi

(a) Physical Must be physically fit and capable of performing strenuous duties and must be passed the lest Specified below:

(i) Height without shoes= 165.cms

(ii) Chest (Unexpanded) = 81.5 curs

(iii)Chest (Expanded). 85 cms Weight

Physical Endurance test / skill test: Written/Physical Endurance test as decided by Recruitment Board to be undergone by the candidates

Pay Scale: Pay level -2 Rs. 19900/- plus allowances as admissible to Central Govt. employees.

Age: 18Yrs to 25Yrs.

The above posts are subjects to all India Service liability including held service.

How to Apply:

Candidates will forward application properly sealed in an envelope to the address mentioned against the post applied for. Application can be forwarded either though Ordinary Post/Registered/Speed Post and application will not be accepted by hand.

Candidates are requested to super scribe the words “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF and “CATEGORY APPLIED FOR – on the top of envelope while sending the application form.
Last date for receipt of application is 21 days from the 1st day of publication of the advertisement in the Employment News.
The crucial date for determining the age shall be the closing date for receipt of application.
Photocopy of the following Documents / Certificate to be attached along with application duly self attested.
Two Passport size photograph duly self attested one on right corner of application and one on Acknowledgement Card.

NOTE:

Central Government civilian employees must furnish No Objection Certificate” from their employer/Office at the time of the skill test else their candidature will be cancelled.

Application will be treated as cancelled under following conditions-

False documents information or incomplete information in the application form.
Any other personal appealing in the test in place of applicant.

(iii)Application form incompletely filled including photograph, attested dots etc.

(iv)Two or more application Idled for the same post by applicant.

(v) Any other influence from outside or use of wrong procedure for acceptance of the application.

(vi)Candidates must ensure that no column is left blank or wrongly filled application, not filled correctly is liable to be rejected and the onus of such rejection would on the candidates.

(vii) Person, who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living or who having a spouse living. has entered into or contracted a marriage with person.

To reduce the number of candidates for written examination for one category of post. screening of application will be carried out based on the percentage of marks obtained in the examination mandated as an essential Qualitative Requirement. No screening of application is required in case of physical test wherever required. The candidates who fail to qualify in the physical test (wherever applicable) shall not be permitted to undergo written test Skill test wherever applicable. will be conducted after written test and will be qualifying in nature which will also be counted for final merit.

Canvassing in any from shall disqualify the candidates. No enquiry of correspondence will be entertained.
No TA/DA is admissible. Duration of each test can be 02 to 05 days or more. Candidates will make their own arrangement for loading/boarding during test
Probation period: The candidate will be under probation period for two years and subjected to fulfillment of laid down conditions. he will be considered for permanent appointment. 2 MOUNTAIN DIVISIONAL ORDNANCE UNIT reserves the right to withdraw the vacancies and terminate the appointment during the period of 2 years probation without assigning any reasons what so over.

Location of Test :

Test will be held in 2 MOUNTAIN DIVISONAL ORDNANCE UNIT. C/O 99 APO at Dinjan Military Station and nearest Railway Station is New Tinsukia. Assam.

The exact place and the date will be intimated to the candidates whose application and particulars are found correct through acknowledgement card. Applicants should report at 0800 hrs on the date of test. No separate letter except acknowledgement card will be issued. Individuals should be in possession of acknowledgement card issued by 2 MOUNTAIN DIVISIONAL ORDNANCE UNIT and all original documents at the time of the test. Written exam will be based on matriculation level.
Candidates not in receipt of call letter should presume that their application were incomplete/not meeting the qualitative recruitment or not found eligible. No correspondence in this regards will be entertained. Further. 2 MOUNTAIN DIVISIONAL ORDNANCE UNIT will not be held responsible for any postal delay. 0nly candidates in possession of acknowledgement Card shall be permitted to attend the test.
Original Documents: Candidates are required to bring original documents/certificates at the time of test failing which they shall not be permitted to appear in the test. Candidates are also required to bring AADHAAR and PAN card for impersonation at the time of examination.
Own Risk: Candidates will appear for physical test/endurance test at their own risk. Any injury/accident if sustained by the candidates during tests, authorities will not be responsible to pay any compensation.
Dispute: ^–Any dispute in the recruitment will be settled within jurisdiction of High Court Guwahati.”
