Trans Virtual Private Ltd. Recruitment Required Qualification and Skills:

Graduate only (B. Sc IT, BCA, B.E, BTech candidates will get preference)
Must be able to communicate well in English, Hindi and Assamese.
Must have basic knowledge on Computer and networking.
Good in MS Office(Particularly in MS Excel and MS Word)
She has the ability to work with a team.
Must have a pragmatic approach to the work.

Description of Job:

Handle customer queries via email and phone.
Coordination with customer services team to handle day today operation.
Coordination with commercial and marketing team for related issues.
Keep records of complaints and their resolution systematically.
