NPCIL Apprentice Recruitment Details
1. Trade Apprentice, Diploma Apprentice, Graduate Apprentice
No of Posts: 80 Posts
Stipend: Rs 10,560/- to Rs 12,300/- per month
Educational Qualification:
- Trade Apprentice (Electrician, Fitter, Electronics Mechanic): ITI Pass Certificate in the respective trade.
- Diploma Apprentice (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil): Diploma Apprentice (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil) Diploma pass certificate in engineering or technology, granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education set up by a State Government, by a University, or by an Institute recognised by the State or Central Govt. as equivalent to a diploma in the respective discipline.
- Graduate Apprentice (Human Resource, Finance and Accounts, Contract and Material Management): Graduate or equivalent in general streams such as BBA, BA, B.Sc., B.Com., etc. other than engineering or technology granted by a statutory University or an institution empowered to grant such degree by an Act of Parliament or passed the graduate examination of professional bodies recognized by the Central Govt. as equivalent degree.
Age Limit for NPCIL Apprentice Recruitment
Age: 18 to 24, 25 or 26 years (depends on the apprentice type), as on 18.11.2026.
- Trade Apprentice: Minimum age 18 years and maximum 24 years as on 18.11.2026.
- Diploma Apprentice: Minimum age 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 18.11.2026.
- Graduate Apprentice: Minimum age 18 years and maximum 26 years as on 18.11.2026.
Age Relaxation: The upper age relaxation is given below in the table-

Register as a candidate/student on NAPS at apprenticeshipindia.gov.in, or on NATS at nats.education.gov.in, and complete/update the profile with all required documents. After obtaining the NAPS/NATS registration/ enrolment number, visit our Important Link Section again in this post to complete the application process.
Step 1: Visit the important link section and click on Apply Now.
Step 2: Click on for Registration .
Step 3: Insert the details of yours as asked for.
Step 4: After a successful registration click on Login and enter your id and Password.
Step 5: Filled the details and upload the necessary document such as Passport Photo, Signature etc. and submit the application.
Step 6: Save or take a print out of the acknowledgement receipt for further references.
